The pulled pork and brisket were superb, as were the chilli beans. The bread roll was heavy and doughy, the Mac cheese was ok but needed better quality cheese. My grouse was the surly way we were served and the slap dash presentation of the food. Unfortunately this gives the impression of not caring. By the time we got cutlery etc the meat was cold, so overall service was not good and let the score down

This is a local gold mine for great food. Don't let the outside fool you. Inside it is comfortable and full of authentic Wyoming charm (and sports memorabilia). The appetizer of flat bread pulled pork was outstanding. Our half rack of ribs accompanied by the 6 pack of sauces and 2 sides was done perfectly to our liking. We had read that the bread pudding was a real treat for the meal ending and it was absolutely true. When you visit be sure to spend a few minutes and get to know the owners. Great people! Oh, one last point: Watch out for the pickles. You will want to take some home.

We were staying in a hotel across the street, but couldn't see the restaurant because it sits back from the road a bit and there's a tree blocking their sign. It was only after a walk down the block meant I was returning from the other direction that I saw they were there.I enjoyed my lunch, the only problems I had were that the drink machine is not well marked (it looked like an ice dispenser from where I sat) and the employee at checkout didn't point it out, saying "You can fill your cup right there", and then he handed me my receipt and a coupon, and rather than placing them on my tray, he waited for me to put out a hand (I was already juggling the tray) and in the process I tipped the tray up and got a food stain on my shirt. I was in from out of town and didn't have an extra shirt for the rest of the day, so it was an inconvenience.Also, most Dickies locations have free serve-yourself soft serve ice cream, and this one did not.
