Oh how I have missed the aroma of smoked barbecue that surrounds Spring Creek Barbecue! We have been traveling outside the state for a while. There is no barbecue like Texas Barbecue and Spring Creek is the best!We all had something different and it was all delicious! My hubby says their chicken is the best he has had. My sliced beef was simply the best ever!Yummy!

Texas BBQ is what this restaurant does. The set up is buffet style you choose your meats, Beef Rib, Brisket, Ribs etc.... then move along a station to pick up salads, coleslawâs and Beer.Even the baked beans have chunks of meat in there.Iâve never eaten Okra before, but itâs an amazing tasting deep fried plant, that you have to try as a side dish. Also I recommend Banana cake for desert. All the meats are great.Seating is âCanteenâ style

Rickâs is one of those places you drive by day after day without giving it a second thoughtâ¦then one day you stop and after some great barbecue you wonder why you hadnât stopped sooner. While the interior and exterior are a bit ruffâ¦the food more than makes up for it. If you happen by Rickâs Smoke House Barbecue you MUST STOP!

We ordered a nice selection of meats and sides for an office meeting. I thoroughly enjoyed the sliced brisket with its peppery bark and delicious tenderness. The rolls were fresh baked and the cole slaw was crispy. Our group raved about the chicken and ribs. They were even better than some other more expensive places we visited. Great quality and quantity.
