We had once been regular visitors to the Duncan Rib Crib. This particular location has inattentive service. The employees are busy with side work or milling around the kitchen doorway and talking to each other. After receiving cold, cold food on two consecutive visits, we decided to not return. Since it is obvious that everything but customer service is a priority, they won't miss fewer customers.

The family stopped here on a quick lunch on a road trip down to Texas. Service was great and the food was better than expected. The kids had the ribs, they were tender and the kids wanted more! The specials were good, lots of meat for the price. Their sides were good too.

This place is a drive-thru. The staff is friendly and you generally speak directly with the person who is preparing the food. Almost too high to reach the drive-thru window in a typical car. The food is wonderful and in large portions.

Not the best resturant. Its more like a fast food joint. You can really get the smokehouse smell when you're in there, but hey, thats the name of the place so...
