We have eaten at almost every restaurant in the city, and this restaurant surpasses them all. The food is delicious. The atmosphere is welcoming. The service is always great. The prices are very reasonable. Here you will get a parrilada as delicious as Ricer, but for half the price and with very good service.

We came to this place at a holiday, and it was packed. We ordered grilled meat for 2, medium rare. All the pork and chicken were way overcooked, driest chicken ever. Most of the meat was burned on the outside. After commenting this to the waiter he responded: that's grill. Well a 5 year old child can do a better job, sometimes you have to turn the meat while grilling... don't let it burn. The quality of the meat itself was bad, 20% of it I would have cut away before serving my guests. You really cannot serve the fat pieces with all types of meat.To top this all I found a hair in my meat.. Hairnets anyone? So I asked for a new piece of meat, with out overcooking, without burns. After 1 hour, it came. And it tasted perfectly, apparently they can serve good food. Our lunch lasted from 2 pm until 5, because everything took so long. The good: meat for 2 is really a lot of meat.

We were excited to announcement of new Tony Roma’s in Viña Del Mar. We went with my fiancée and a close friend to try out the new franchise ( Previously Ruby Tuesday ) Saturday around 7 pm. The restaurant was remodeled with same infrastructure , new paint an upholstery . So we “ordered” the famous baby back ribs with fries and cole slaw. I’am an American residing in Viña and know and expected the texture, flavors of the original . The service was expedite , the place was clean , so we ordered two large portions and a small, but brought medium, my friend never tried before. They took order of drinks and forgot mine, the French fries were cold and hard, the seasoning was good, cold slaw was acidic and not enough carrots, I did not complain right away and the ribs in our opinion were not “ baby” asked the waiter to find out if the meats were imported , after asking for a second time said that it was local. While talking to waiter about the fries if there were cooked to order , he said yes but it seems that we’re pre-heated with lamp, the hostess came over my friend shoulder and put a reserved sign on the table without asking o waiting for us to leave the table ??? I live 2 blocks from restaurant and I do not recommend , it seems like the owner is the old franchise Ruby Tuesday with the bad service and attitude . I do not recommend. Sorry
