I did not have high hopes for Bar-B-Que in AZ, but this place changed my mind. Really liked the way to order up front and have your food to you in minutes. Everyone got something different and it all hot and very tasty. I had the 4 meat platter and could not eat half of it. The ribs and pulled pork were the best. The brisket was a bit on the fatty side, but not enough to worry about. Ate late in the afternoon and from what we heard it was a good thing. They say the line goes out the door. They serve their sauces HOT which is something I have never seen. Not the best sauce I have had but very tasty.

We love trying new places and we also love taking others to places they hadn't tried yet. That was the case at Famous Dave's this time. My husband's mom hadn't been so we knew she loved brisket and timing was perfect. The food was good and server excellent. Matter of fact, the servers were over the top. The only complaint we had at this visit did not relate to the servers or to the food but rather to other guests who ignored their 4 or 5 children while they jumped on the tables, on the seats and ran yelling through the restaurant repeatedly. It's really too bad management has to worry about offending the offenders and not about the rest of the guests who had their meals disrupted.Overall, the brisket was excellent, ribs good but tough to get off the bone, beans delicious and the rest just as good. Great place to eat!

Stopped in on the recommendation of an employee. Not as good as she claimed it was but it was pretty good. I had the pulled pork sandwich, mashed potatoes, and green beans. The pulled pork was pretty good, the mashed potatoes were average but the green beans were awesome. I had an employee with me and he had the chicken sandwich, and the green beans and was pleased with his lunch. I'll be back when I'm in the area.

This was a first time for us and we truly enjoyed the food! We had the pulled Pork which was excellent. They give you cornbread to start with and end up with melt in your mouth miniature hot donuts! I would recommend getting reservations as it was busy even on a Wed night. We like to start and end your meal with a complimentary treat! We hope to welcome you back again for more pulled pork sometime soon. Take care, Chef Mark
