Abu Shanab is located 15 minutes walk from Manger Square and close to the big hotels along the main street. We ate meze here three times during our stay and we were not disappointed. The lamb chops are really tasty and tender, but a bit expensive and very small. You should order at least three if you want more than a little taste.

We had a wonderful lunch here after our tour of the Church of the Nativity. There were so many little plates for us to share. Everything was freshly made and delicious. The staff was very accommodating. Prices were inexpensive for what we got.

Our 3ABN group had visited several places in Bethlehem of Palestine including Shepherdâs Field and Manger Square. So we needed a good lunch break. This 7th floor sky view restaurant located in the Grand Park Hotel was a great escape from the annoying street hawkers. The wonderful view complimented the cuisine. There was so much to choose from with the sumptuous Mediterranean buffet. The staff was professional and the place well managed. Downstairs was tastefully done. We left smiling rating this restaurant right up there with the others we enjoyed our Journey to the Promised Land.

I love Mediterranean food and you get so much here. The bountiful 8 salads, pita, then followed by chicken and siska -bob, coffee, baklava, all included and as much as you want...wonderful and worth the money. The only thing keeping this from a five-star is bringing along a grandkid who doesnât eat any Mediterranean food, but ate only a few pieces of chicken and pita, and gets charged the full amount.
Rooftop open terrace with oriental al fresco dinning, fusion cocktails and bar and live music.
