Very loud music destroyed what little atmosphere this bar has. Pricey, gourmetish menu warns that changes or substitutions will be politely declined. What? The waitress, however, was outstanding. Attentive without being obtrusive. Bathrooms very clean. But we will not return. Is not worth it.

In Manhattan in 1965, there was no place where people could go out to meet friends and make new ones in an environment that was at once both relaxed and yet exciting. Then, Alan Stillman opened Fridays as a way, he said, "to meet Pan Am stewardesses." Sud
TGIF never makes me disappointed, quick and friendly service. Meals are prized ok, surf and turf would be so expensive in Sweden, that´s why TGIF in Sweden doesn´t carry it on the menu. Only thing i would like to change is the volume on the "background" music it was a bit to loud for me, after all it isn´t Hard Rock..
Our daughter told us about this place so had to check it out. Love the decor, chic industrial with garage door front. Gnomes are a cute part of the decor (an homage to one of the owners grandmother). The food was amazing, they brought back the Dockside calamari (an old favorite) plus there are great burgers, sandwiches and more. Our server, Kevin, was fantastic and we chatted with the owners, Suzi and April, they couldnât have been nicer! The band was fabulous plus they have other events such as karaoke and game nights....fun place and a great addition to Covina!!

Have been wanting to stop by and experience some new local flare in town. The decor and ambiance is beautiful, the food delicious and the service was great! I had the pasta dish, so flavorful! I would have given them five stars but my husbands chicken dish was dry, although it looked great he said the meat was on the tough side.Give them a try, I'll go back! Looks like it may be a fun place to watch an evening Football game, just not on Sundays, they're closed. Check their hours before going as they are limited.

We visited Islands Burger Restaurant with our daughter and 3 Grandchildren for a meal after picking them up from school. It was unusually pouring with rain , but we were able to park very close to the Restaurant in the large car park serving other businesses as well.We received a warm ( and dry ) welcome and were seated immediately in a booth which easily and comfortably seated all 6 of us . Apart from Burgers they also served chicken and salads , plus fish , so most tastes are catered for. They also serve some good draft and bottled beers and wine, so I was happy. The Burger I had was very tasty , but could have been warmer than it was, but I would certainly eat there again. We all enjoyed our various meals and drinks, served by a friendly and efficient attractive waitress.

Our server was awesome and made sure we were happy even though the food was of poor quality. The chicken in our quesadillas tasted and smelled old but she changed it and got us something else. Nice of her but disappointing in the restaurant.

We wanted a special place to celebrate our 28th anniversary and wow, we were not disappointed. The steaks at Hamiltons are amazing. Add to that some tasty sides, awesome wines and way beyond excellent service, and you get a place that you will definitely want to visit again. The desserts....oh man, the desserts are delicious and delectable. Their Manager, Rudy, even came to our table to introduce himself. He is very gracious and kind and very professional. He makes you feel like family. It's best if you make reservations, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. We know that you will love Hamilton Steak House as much as we do.

Being in downtown Covina, finding parking could be a challenge. The restaurant is a nice place to eat. Tje inside dining is fair sized and there is patio dining available. It is not a sports bar although there are a few televisions. It does not have a full bar, only beer (maybe wine, but I do not think so). The background music is at a nice level and the conversational noise level is not bad. The service was friendly and efficient and the food was great. This is a nice place for a quick meal or a casually paced one with friends.

After a forgettable experience here a few years ago, I returned for a family birthday celebration. Although more than half the tables were empty on a Saturday afternoon, people were waiting 15 minutes or more to be seated and perhaps the reason was shortage of waitstaff. The courteous young man who finally got around to us had trouble writing up a glass of wine, like he'd never heard of Pinot Grigio. (There are two different ones on the wine list.) The good news is that when the food finally arrived the portions were huge and mostly delicious. Noisy sports bar atmosphere with lots of families. Huge menu has very few choices for vegetarians, although they tell you to ask if any of the meat dishes can be prepared without meat. If $15 hamburgers and $18 salads with craft beer are your thing, you'll love it here.

What a fun evening with our friends. We received a special offer from Lazy Dog that was unbelievable it was called Winter Seasonal Menu Event. The dinner including Cocktail Sampler (tasters of Pomegranate Punch, Maple Bacon Old Fashioned and Meyer Lemon Margarita) Small Plates Crispy Deviled Eggs (lightly fried, topped with smoked paprika bacon candy) Roasted Winter Veggies (brussels sprouts, carrots, sweet potatoes, red onions, topped with creamy mozzarella burrata, candied pumpkin seeds, pomegranate and thyme) these dishes were shared for two. My entree was Cornish Game Hen (oven-roasted served with carrots, feta, sausage, sweet corn stuffing, apple-sage gravy) my friend had the PB & J Burger (grilled half-pound beef patty, candied bacon, havarti, peanut butter, grape jelly, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle) our wives chose the Spaghetti Squash & Beetballs (spaghetti squash, zucchini ribbons tossed with olive oil, garlic, marinara with venetian meatballs, topped with romano cheese, pesto, toasted pumpkin seeds and balsamic reduction) finishing with a Apple-Huckleberry Open Face Pie. There is no need to talk about each dish because each was amazing the aroma, the taste and the textures, the presentation was simply a carnival experience for the taste buds. All this was only $38.33 including tax per couple. What a fun evening.
