Hard Rock Cafe is a global phenomenon with 185 cafes that are visited by nearly 80 million guests each year. The first Hard Rock Cafe opened on June 14, 1971, in London, England, and from there the brand has expanded to major cities and exotic locations a
One of the things we were looking forward to most on our trip from Santiago round to Buenos Aires was a visit to what must surely be the most southerly Hard Rock in the world. In most aspects it did not disappoint, unique setting, really friendly people, good local beer and a huge plate of nachos, but why oh why is the shop almost devoid of any stock? No Hurricane glasses or any pins at all, very little clothing. I hope they come back in stock and we can somehow order for mailing. This is not somewhere most people will ever get the opportunity to return, the loss of revenue must be crazy.Hello, Trip Eagle, and thanks for your review. We love that you enjoyed your stay and liked our Cafe, however, we must apologize for the inconveniences at our Rock Shop. The lack of stock is due to a set back we had with local Customs regulations, and it is being taken care of.We already have a new shipment incoming in the next few months, and yes, you can reach us at [email protected] so we can contact you when the items arrive.Again, we're very sorry about this issue. Keep rocking!

Banana Cafe Bar is one of the first cafes in Uhsuaia with over 22 years serving islanders and tourists from all over the world. We have a rather typical menu for an Argentinian Cafe: coffees, local drafted beer, drinks, beef tenderloin sandwichs, breaded
Cafe Bar Banana is a decent all-around restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Itâs also one of the few restaurants open on Sundays. My visit was for breakfast, where I had the Banana Special: scrambled eggs, toast, sweet croissants, coffee and orange juice. It was pretty decent, and I wasnât disappointed. We also sampled some empanadas, and they were also good. They also serve a really good ham and cheese toasted sandwich on very thin bread, but massive pieces. Breakfast for two people is about $15 US. The service is very, very slow, so be patient when dining here.

Somos una familia dedicada a la gastronomÃa con pasión hace mas de 40 años. Nuestra premisa: Hacer cosas ricas para vos!
The atmosphere is very nice. The options in the menu are quite varied, there's lots to choose. We ate here more than once and we always loved the food; tasty and well served. The only bad thing is that the staff seems to be overloaded and they take too long for everything. I recommend the Irish potatoes and the Spinach omelet!Hola Lucia, muchas gracias por su calificación y comentario. Saludos! Virginia

The Dubliner has a solid beer selection and a lively vibe. During our visit, it was packed with locals, trekkers and Antarctic cruise passengers, and the cruise ship crews and guides soon filled the indoor and outdoor spaces. This is a good place if you are looking for a dive bar with character and lots of boisterous conversation. If you are looking for a quiet place, you should go elsewhere.

Tante Sara is a restaurant & bar located in the center of Ushuaia. A family restaurant, they serve great hamburgers, sandwiches, salads, as well as breakfast and delicious bakery items. This is a great stop for breakfast, lunch, tea time or dinner.

We went here because I had read that this was the best bar in Ushuaia and they have an extensive assortment of local and Argentine beers. We arrived around 7:45 and didnât have any trouble getting a table. Service was quick and friendly. We were disappointed with the selection of Argentine beers, however. They had two on tap from Beagle and one from Antares. Everything else was imported and/or mass produced. We found better beer lists at the majority of restaurants in Ushuaia. We only had one beer here so I canât comment on the food.

Decent prices, decent food, great friendly English speaking staff. Good view and they serve the house wine in a penguin pitcher. Whatâs not to love. Crazy figures to take pics with on the main floor. Donât expect too much and just enjoy this quirky fun place. The lentil soup was great!
