Got there Sunday evening, seated quickly. Asked how much a tall Dos XX would be. Choke choke $9!! Got a Bud Light. Ordered the shrimp poboy. Fries were fine the poboy was terrible. Coating on the shrimp just not to my liking. Brother ordered the onion ring, soggy and greasy. Service was fine place is clean but they can keep their food. A fancy building just wonât lure me back.

Nice enough atmosphere in a lodge like decor with a huge fireplace in the bar seating area. Great courtyard patio with firepit. Problem is, they are in a city packed with restaurants and if you don't stand out for something patrons will go elsewhere. Food was dissapointing and service was slow due to bartender also having to wait on 5 or 6 tables as well.Chicken fried steak was a disappointment after being reccomended. Baked potatoe had tnat warmed over texture. Sorry, we'll go elsewhere. Maybe someone will take over with a vision.

Come to Lago del Pino to experience all that makes Tylerâs destination restaurant an oasis in the countryside. From its spectacular private lake views and its distinctive fountain show, to its eclectic live music, relaxed fine dining, and fabulous wine li
Visited the area over Labor Day Weekend with my family. We searched restaurants near The Villages Resort. Lago Del Pino came up, we searched their website, their website is great. Thatâs as far as it went for the greatness. We made a reservation for 630 for a party of 7. We arrived at 630 and were told that âyour table is ready, but itâs gonna be 15 minutes till someone can attended to you.â That should have been a red flag!! We sat at a table outside to enjoy the view of the lake. The table was filthy, no one cared to wipe it down. We had 3 children with us and I asked for children menus, they never came. I had to get up and walk to the front to ask for them. The young lady who was the host, apologized and said they were so busy! Itâs 630 and the place was no where near busy. They are simply disorganized, unprepared and unqualified to be operating as a restaurant. We ordered our food and it took No less then an hour for 3 kids filet mignons, $17 EACH kids meal!!! (a $51 rip off!) an order of tacos, one pork chop and a salad!! We sat there for so long without food that other servers came to ask us if we had been helped?? After about an hour and twenty minutes our food arrived cold and very underwhelming. To top it off we had no utensils, we had to ask for forks and knives, that took another 5 minutes to get. Food was not good at all. It was a waste of $100, I wish I could get that $100 and the two hours of my life back. Please avoid this place at all cost. We thought we would be getting a fine dining experience from the images on the website. Iâve had better meals from a food truck. I hate to leave bad reviews because places have off days but this was ridiculous. I watched other tables during our long wait and notice other tables having to request plates for the appetizers! This place should close its doors. This was suppose to be my sons birthday dinner but we didnât even stay for dessert. If you want a great experience with great food, you must try The Grove in Tyler. We had to take my son there the next evening to celebrate. The whole experience there was amazing from start to finish. Please see my review of The Grove with pictures. The $200 meal at The Grove was worth ever penny and then some. Lago Del Pino needs to take notes on how to run a restaurant from The Grove. If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!!!

This is a lovely setting with good food. Sunday brunch had a nice selection of breakfast type items as well and more traditional luncheon main dishes plus sandwiches, salads, ... Walk around the outdoor space too. Weekday happy hours offer discounted drinks and food.

We went here for dinner as a group and it was horrific. We were not seated for 10 minutes and when the hostess finally seated us our server completely ignored us. We ordered and finally received our drinks at which point one of the beer glasses completely broke as it was hot when they put the beer in. Two of us were completely soaked and instead of coming to help us our server continued helping another table. Someone finally noticed and brought us towels. When we got the bill we noticed that despite the beer issue not being our fault, they charged us for it. Not once this whole time did a manager come to make sure we were okay.

Rotolo's is a casual Italian restaurant and full service bar with a long-standing reputation for providing fresh ingredients, friendly service, and a fun atmosphere. We make our original dough from scratch daily, hand chop our veggies, and use authentic i
This is my second visit to Rotoloâs since living in Tyler. Itâs got some great pizzas. I enjoy getting some of the more unusual varieties. This time I got the Maui Wowi, a fall pizza that was basically an upscale version of a Hawaiian pizza. All of my coworkers food looked incredible too!

It was my wife's birthday and we wanted to go to a nice restaurant. I made reservations at Rick's On The Square, for 7 PM on Friday, thinking it would be very busy. Reservations were not necessary. Only five other tables were occupied in the large dining room. We should have taken the hint and left. There were two waitresses serving the six tables. Our waitress was missing in action, most of the time. I was driving and order sweet tea. My wife ordered a Lemon martini. The waitress delivered our drinks, took our order and disappeared. When she came back by, after about 15 minutes later, my wife asked for her salad. The waitress said, "Oh, you don't want it with your meal? By then I had gone through my first glass of iced tea and asked for another. She brought unsweetened tea and my wife's salad. She went away and then brought me another glass of unsweetened tea. When she passed by, I asked for sugar. She disappeared again and after a few minutes she came back with my sugar. We had another delay waiting on our meal. I had ordered grilled salmon and my wife had the lobster. Someone from the kitchen delivered our meals. My salmon was about 1/2 inch thick, but tasted OK. My wife said her lobster had a strange taste, but she didn't send it back, since we had been there for awhile. Our sides of gratin potatoes and green beans tasted like they came from a can. Ended up spending about $70, plus tip. Should have gone to Mario's. They have great service and food!

I had a conference in town, so I took the recommendations of others at the conference and visited Razzooâs. I ordered the Cajun Fondue as my meal and was not disappointed! Everyone elseâs food near me also looked delicious and arrived super quickly. I would visit again.

Order whatever sounds good from the menu and you won't be disappointed. Burgers, chicken, fish, steaks, salads, or seafood selections are carefully prepared and are all delicious. This is definitely our favorite restaurant in Tyler.
