Oyster Creek Restaurant and Boat Bar Family friendly waterfront seafood restaurant. Casual Dining with beatiful views.
Visited on Labor Day weekend so we did have about an hour wait! Fortunately there is a sufficient amount of tables in the bar area and it was nice & cool in there! We can't say enough about our server because she was amazing! The food was wonderful- loved especially the Bourbon Shrimp, the Fried Shrimp, the Snapper Soup and the Crab Cakes!!! Finally, if you really want a special treat - try the Chocolate Chip Ricotta Cheesecake! Views of the marshes are beautiful! Well worth the trip out there!

So glad we got to check this place out. Fun atmosphere, in a great shopping area. Good beer and great service. Very crowded for a Monday afternoon in August. We never thought this place would be so packed but it was... It made the experience more fun.

Nestled in the Viking Yacht shipyard this hole in the wall establishment is a hidden gem. Local seafood and other foods are offered here. It also has a bar. We had the Baja tacos, Mahi Mahi tacos, chum bucket and crabmelt. All tasty and delicious. The only thing that is a downfall they are very understaffed and you might wait a while before you see the waitress. It has great sunsets and sits by the water.

Old Causeway is always a family favorite restaurant. The steakhouse burger is a favorite. The oysters are fresh and a nice variety. The fries are delicious. Thin shoestring fries sprinkled with parmesan garlic- yum. Service is usually good but the restaurant does get crowded and a wait especially on weekends and during the summer.

We sat in a beautiful room overlooking the golf course. Dinner for a large group was very good. They have a dinner and nine hole special. Chicken Francaise was tender and tasty. Good Caesar salad. Nice apple crumble dessert. Everyone enjoyed themselves.

In the winter, this is mainly a locals hangout. But we often see folks that have come distances to enjoy the food, drinks and good times. Large, interesting menu with daily specials. They added sushi! Try the Avocado Boat. My favorite! The large bar is great for sports (I wish they pointed their dish at Phila and not NY!) and they have a robust entertainment calendar especially in summer! We stop by weekly for good food and fun!

Don't let outside appearance keep you from stopping. Plenty of parking. Hit clam night special. Big Boy says yahoo ! too bad we weren't around to try other nights' specials. They looked really good. Can't remember what else we had but it came quickly & was really good.Susan, we're so glad you stopped! Happy you liked it. Hope to see you soon!

Always a favorite place to come back to when visiting family in the area. We went there on a crowded Friday night and we and received the same service as if we were there on a Tuesday afternoon. The waitstaff was attentive to our needs and our meals came out in a timely manner. As always the food was good and the French Onion soup was on point. Will definitely be back here again the next time we visit the area.

I highly recommend this place especially in the winter. Summer gets pretty crowded as itâs on a golf course. But they do have an outside area too for warmer weather. Iâm not crazy about the inside dining room. Just doesnât have atmosphere. But I like the Pub. Food is made by the students who attend the Culinary School and they are alsothe servers. Cute high top tables. Also wine prices are very good considering itâs a busy bar. You can get Burgers, salads, pizza, or dinners. So I say give it a try if your ever in the area.

Stopped after visiting Tuckerton Seaport and this was the perfect spot for lunch before heading home. The "back on the grill" buffalo wings were unique and delicious. While the "Cuban melt" doesn't get the genuine "Cuban sandwich" thing 100% correct it IS exactly as described on the menu and was excellent. Staff was friendly, helpful, and the service was prompt. The beer list is very good. If in the area I would absolutely check this place out again.
