Reviews on Bar food in Telluride, Colorado, United States. Nestled in the towering San Juans, Telluride offers visitors abundant trout fishing and hiking opportunities in summer, plus downhill and cross country skiing in winter. One of the world's most beautiful ski resorts, this former gold rush town has been popular with skiers since the '70s. Walk, catch free shuttles or soar to 9500 feet on the Mountain Village gondola. Appreciate the area's history and beauty at Telluride Historical Museum and Bridal Veil Falls, Colorado's longest free falling falls.

Welcome to The Phoenix Bean. Located next door to The Historic Sheridan Hotel and Bar. Delicious coffee, great food, friendly service, live music, smiles!!
The hostess at The New Sheridan recommended the Phoenix Bean, as they did not have availability. Willing to try a new spot, we went. Very disappointing. Inside was almost empty. Nearly all of the tables were dirty, and we were informed we would stand in line to order. Staff was distracted and inattentive, as they were focused on the patio. Orders for clientele ahead of us were mixed up, service was slow, food was cold. We fetched our own water, drinks, cutlery and napkins. The special comes with no side dish. By the time we paid for additional items, the bill was equivalent to a real restaurant that provides table service.Thank you for your feedback and your review. I apologize that you were expecting a fine dining experience and found yourself at our coffee shop. We do serve some overlapping menu items but the setting is very different between the Chop House and The Phoenix Bean. I apologize that this was not properly communicated to you. If you want to experience our steak house, I hope you will give us another chance to show you a great experience. Reservations are highly recommended, especially during peak hours. All my best,Ray, GM

Chef Bud Thomas would like to invite you to join us at The View Bar & Grill. Thirty foot floor to ceiling windows looking out at the iconic San Sophia ridge, a grand wood-burning stone fireplace, and 4 big screen TV's (including one 80" LED) combine to ma
The outstanding highlight is the mountain look room with vaulted ceilings, warm wood, large windows, and outstanding view. It is romantic and serene at night; the lighting is warm and the feel is cozy, with large fireplaces and tables that are not crowded together. We love the feel of being in this room. The View used to have a terrific hamburger and fries; now the hamburger is much smaller and is drenched in a very spicy sort of sauce. The shoestring fries are still good if not burnt a bit. The salads are fresh; cheese plate appetizer choices are fun for a group although the flatbread that comes with the cheese is incredibly peppery also. Without the sauces and spices, and with a later closing time (it closes at 9 am on a Saturday night?!?!?!) this would be a definite four star.Haley is a wonderful server.

Located under the Village Express (Lift 4), Gorrono Ranch serves All-American favorites in a casual outdoor setting with breathtaking views of the Wilson Range. Situated mid-mountain on the Misty Maiden run, this historic Basque sheep herding ranch serves
Park the skis and walk in with very good restrooms available. Better than average mountain food, even a bit of entertainment. It's not cheap, neither is anything else on the mountain. Good soups and hot chocolate, perfect to take a break before heading back out for an afternoon of skiing.

Had lunch twice here as it sits at the base of the Telluride Gondola. The pasta dish was very good and I also had the burger and fries. Really good food and casual setting. Team was real personable and on top of the service. Wife had the salad with shrimp and she said it was very good.

While recently visiting my daughter, a resident of Telluride, she took me to 'The Cornerhouse', where she regularly goes for Tuesday night Taco Night. We were there on Monday and it was Trivia Night-such fun! Kenny, the owner, welcomes regular patrons by name when they enter, and this gives it a 'Cheers' atmosphere. Although we only came here for a few drinks, I highly recommend and will return. The food is pub food, and not as costly as a lot of Telluride establishments. It is fun because a lot of locals come here!

"Pub with good bar food".
I enjoyed an excellent dinner at Floradora. I had the salmon dish that was cooked just right while my wife enjoyed the spaghetti squash dinner which also met with two thumbs up. The atmosphere is fun and authentic Telluride. Right on Colorado Avenue the Floradora will become a favorite spot.

Pizzeria & Sport's Bar on Main St. in Telluride! Telluride's largest selection of Tap Beer, 24 to be exact. Craft cocktails, wine & fabulous food! A wide selection of cool pizzas, yummy salads with house made dressings, great appetizers and some fun deser
We recommend the cobb salad, pizza, and sandwiches. Everything served here is fresh and well prepared. The beers on tap change frequently. We tried and enjoyed several Colorado kolsch beers and all were excellent, fresh, and cold. On our last visit, we had a large group (9 people) and experienced great service by Susan, who was quick, very friendly, and provided separate checks for our large group without asking. This is an excellent choice in Telluride for lunch where you can have a fresh lunch at a reasonable price.

Telluride does not have much nightlife. The Brown Dog was the only place with more than a handful of people at 10 pm on a Saturday night. Drinks are pricey but not out of hand. Filled with Red Sox and Fenway stuff. Lively.
