Arrived there on a saturday 6pmâsh, the place was crowded and the employees had a busy evening. Anyway - the service was really good and the âProper Burgerâ i ordered was absolutely amazing. The meet was as requested medium rare and all other ingredients were perfectly put together to a superb burger. The french fries were well prepared, a bit fatty but they tasted very good!10/10 pointsGreetings from Denmark

Busboys and Poets is a restaurant, bar, bookstore, coffee shop, events space and cultural hub where arts, politics and intentionally culture collide. Menu is vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free friendly.
Our group of 12 friends and neighbors reserved a table for a monthly get-together. My first visit to this particular Bus boys satellite, I was delighted to do s it a large, airy and yet also intimate and comfortable space. Noise levels were well within easy listening range. The breakfast options were diverse and tasty. Prices were moderate. And our waitress had no trouble working with our huge group. A truly great addition to the neighborhood.

What does creative casual cuisine mean? Exactly what it says. We"re creative, because we reject the same-old-same-old in favor of tastes that are interesting and unique. We're casual because while our food may be worth getting dressed up for, we invite yo
Nice decor and service, good selection of beers. I had the lobster roll and friend had the lobster pasta. My lobster roll was good but I was hoping for big chunks of lobster buttered lobster meat in a soft roll - instead it was like a lobster-Mayo mix with some cucumbers, like a tuna salad but instead a lobster salad- and while there were some chunks in there and tasted nice, it wasnât what I was hoping for. The lobster pasta was good per my friend. We stayed at the DoubleTree hotel across the street so it was very convenient.

As everyone says, this is a neighborhood institution and absolutely worth going to. But I thought the burgers were supposed to be terrific, and ours definitely weren't. I asked for medium rare and got a McDonalds-looking brown, non-juicy burger. Looked even browner than my companion's, who asked for medium. Lettuce was shredded, so it kept falling off the burger. Bun was terrific but that wasn't enough to make up for the disappointing burger aspect.I don't mind paying $12+ for a burger if it is really good, but this is overpriced for what it was. Also, the cheese selection did not include swiss or provolone.Waiter was very nice, but somebody forgot the onion rings so they were served as dessert He also forgot the mayo and old bay spice we requested, so we had to ask again and wait to get them.

Craft brewery in Silver Spring, MD with 2-level taproom, 200-seat dog-friendly beer garden, 10 rotating taps, and made-for-beer fare.
This is a craft brewery outlet, and as such, it boasts a remarkable beer selection. The guys serving the beer are also great, very engaging and enthusiastic. There's a large outside patio and an indoor sitting area. That said, outside of beer and the staff, this is a pretty average place. Nothing remarkable about the location, nor about food.

The three of us arranged to meet her and, because the evening was shaping up to be pleasant outdoors, were able to grab a table outdoors, away from the roar inside. It made for delightful, easy conversation punctuated by occasional people-watching as the line for getting into the Fillmore around the corner snaked a full two blocks around. We split a fish taco (the best!) e Sriracha fries and a white bean hummus. All were tasty, and the portions were manageable. Our waiter was new but eager. A fine evening.

In the area after a long day, we were hungry and just wanted to sit, have a drink or two and get some food. We were very pleased with the service on a Friday evening. I thought the beer selection could have been a little more varied, as there seemed to be a lot of beers, but many similar types. My hamburger was very good, cooked properly and juicy. My wifeâs crab cake was also good, although not lump crabmeat. The side salad was huge! As well as the side of fries - which were cooked to perfection and a golden brown! Delicious!

Took our in-town family (including a 5 & 1 year old) and enjoyed experience very much. The staff was excellent. The menu leans toward lunch choices but everything we ordered was very tasty. The quiche, winter vegetable hash, French toast, biscuit w/scrambled egg and greens (except for the biscuit) were just right in taste and portion size. The coffee is outstanding! The warm donut holes put a smile on your face.

There's nothing timid about our chicken... or our meatloaf... or our hand cut hickory grilled sizzling steaks, line caught Ahi tuna or cornbread baked in a skillet and fired up by fresh jalapeno and Serrano peppers. This is full flavored American cuisine,
This place is way over rated. There are so many other options near here that have outstanding food for a more reasonable price.Great place to go if you are trying to make a good impression with a high end feel /white linen, but keep food expectations lowThank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are always looking to improve and are sorry to see that we missed the mark with you this time. We hope you'll give us another chance soon. In either case, we appreciate the feedback.
