Islay is the name of a whisky.Islay sky bar is a good place to taste a lot of various alcool, and with good selection of whisky.A big window give a view on the sky, that give the name of sky bar.Good place, good music, not so crowdy ( but surely because of early hour and in the midweek.Following the local resident of Handa, this bar is the best place in town.
