Farm to fork freshness served 7 days a week, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, in beautiful Dillsboro, NC.
Stopped while on the train. Were seated and sat for 10 minutes. We were really looking forward to trying it out, unfortunately we didn't stay because on this particular day we were pressed for time and decided to eat elsewhere and do some shopping and walking. Plan carefully id you're taking the train.

We went on a Sunday afternoon after hiking. And, sat outside on the shared patio between the food truck and Innovation Brewery. Innovation was busy and servers from Cosmic were waiting on customers from both restaurants. Be prepared to wait. But, it was a nice day and there are picnic tables along the river. We shared the blast off burger which appeared to be hand pattied, was juicy, and topped with cheddar and Swiss cheese, hand cut fries and sweet potato quesadilla. All were really good but I loved the creativity of the sweet potato with the traditional quesadilla filling of beans, cheese, and cilantro. We brought our own water and considered the $16 for a take-out lunch on the patio a true bargain. Definitely recommend and will be back.

Food truck burgers and fries mostly...About what you would expect... They hold true to ther posted hours / operations. If they say, they close at 8pm... then they shut the window.

We showed up with a group of 8 for dinner approximately 2 hours prior to closing and were turned away due to us having a large group. I could understand having a wait, but to turn away business is not a good way to run your business. We are sorry you did not have the opportunity to dine with us. Unfortunately, on busy nights when our reservations are fully booked we have no choice but to stop seating, We strive to be the #1 steakhouse in the North Carolina Mountains. Please always call and make reservations. 828-631-9713

Excellent seafood, considering you are in mountains of North Carolina. Our meals of raw oysters, oysters Rockefeller, catfish, fried shrimp and peel and eat shrimp were outstanding, not to mention the hush-puppies. Angelica was our waitress and she was super. I don't think you would be disappointed eating here.

Asheville has nothing on this place. We thoroughly enjoyed a few local brews in the afternoon on an outside covered deck overlooking a small river. The bartender was helpful in steering us to something she thought that we would like. Very laid back place. Parking is not good. NOTE: I rated the food excellent even though there is none since Tripadvisor would not have allowed a rating but do not serve food at this establishment. There is an adjoining food truck (Cosmic) where you can get short orders and a pizza place in the same building.
