Wir waren auf der Durchreise nach Italien und haben hier gefrühstückt. Hier hat für mich alles gestimmt. Perfekter FRISCHER Pfefferminztee, wie ich ihn noch nirgends auf dieser Welt geniessen durfte, ein herrlicher Schoko Muffin dazu. Die Atmosphäre in diesem Beizli hat mich fast umgehauen. Die Sammlung an Vinylplatten hat mich vollends aus den Socken gehauen. Der Hammer schlechthin. Kann man das noch toppen? Ich war hier wirklich perfekt happy. Gratulation an die Betreiber. Das habe ich bisher sehr selten erleben dürfen und ich bin schon viel herumgereist.

We visited the restaurant with 5 adults and 2 kids - the table was reserved for 7 pm.We ordered different local dishes and received very good quality of food - unfortunately we received a very bad customer service attitude by the âChef de Serviceâ . Short after finishing our food while we were still drinking our drinks we were asked to order more otherwise we should leave the table very soon. All of us were surprised about the attitude as we would not expect this by SWISS Hospitality standards.We would recommend the restaurant for the quality of food but would not recommend the approach and attitude for customer service and customer loyalty.Thank you very much for your review!We are very glad to read that you have had a wonderful stay at the Pitschna Scena.
