Bum Rogers, spanning five decades, has been a unique, specialty house restaurant and the communal, spirit-lifting watering hole of the indigenous and migrating young and young-at-heart.We, the Bum Rogers Family and staff, continue to be dedicated to the p
Made the detour to Seaside Heights after a mobbed Six Flags caused us to exit before even dealing with Saturday crowds. Drove into Seaside Park and saw a lively Bum Rogers.Greeted upon opening the door and was seated immediately. They have a huge menu but also restaurant week so we opted for that. We each had a crab cake app, prime rib and the Connecticut lobster roll for the entree, and apple cake and bread pudding for dessert, all for $36 each. The spiked Arnold Palmers were quite refreshing. They just finished a new batch of bread pudding which was piping hot and awesome!Jeffrey provided solid service, music was at an enjoyable level, and tvâs all around kept college football nearby. They do have a lot of âgoodâ here, including a separate bar area in case the bar scene isnât your style, and another back bar and private event room for groups. The kitchen is in view but behind a glass wall which really keeps the heat out of the dining room. Free WiFi for guests and a follow up email asking how your experience was really the best way get feedback. For November (11/2) the place was basically full all night but servers and bussers and hostesses work on-stop to turn over tables and keep things moving. Restaurants make the same mistake over and over and cut front of house staff to save payroll dollars but Bum Rogers has extra on staff and turnover means more money for everyone. Open year round, we will stop again. Thank you for your visit and your awesome review!

Nice ambience. Liked the fact that you can see the Chefs working over there in their kitchen! Reasonably good service. I ordered the branzino. He ordered the scallops. We both loved our dishes ! Easy parking. Easy to make U-turn if heading back west on Rte 37 !
Nice size place right on the Boardwalk - Two big bars on first floor plus tables - never made it to the second floor so not sure what is up there. Daytime and early evening is great for a few cold ones and some great food. After 10 pm they have bands and it does get packed.

Welcome to the Crab's Claw Inn, one of the best restaurants in Lavallette, New Jersey! Don't just take our word for it, we were nominated for a Taste Award for Outstanding Restaurant in the Bar/Pub category. Located on the northbound side of Route 35 (Gra
We were in Lavalette looking at rental properties and decided to stop at the Crabâs Claw for lunch. The waiter mentioned they had fresh-caught scrod, so we both ordered the beer battered scrod sandwich. It arrived hot and tasted delicious! It was accompanied by fries, also crisp, hot and delicious! There arenât a lot of shore restaurants open in Winter, but the Crabâs Claw does it right?

So I have eaten here a few times and the food is never a let down. It's boardwalk food but it's good. It can be a very chill place to hang out downstairs but if you want to kick it up a notch the upstairs is always partying. It's a lot of fun.

We are a 50's themed restaurant with a large bar in the center. You can serve yourself, sit at the bar or get waited on by a server. We have traditional boardwalk fare like giant pizzas, cheese steaks, sausage sandwiches, funnel cakes, etc, but also have
We stopped here on the Boardwalk after eating the other days at different places. Jimboâs had the best draft beer! And Price! So we decided to order food. Knowing the Boardwalk food joints I had reservations about eating there. We had the cheese steaks and they were very good. I was Impressed! Jimboâs is now my place to go on Seaside Heights Boardwalk!

Jumbo Sawmill Pizza We started out with the best on the boardwalk, then we made the biggest! The 27" Jumbo Sawmill Pizza isn't just pizza - it's a Jersey Shore tradition. Ocean Views Enjoy an unobstructed view of the beautiful Seaside Park Beach and Atlan
Ordered take out on a rainy Wednesday night and unfortunately and sorry to say, but sooo disappointed!Pizza and cheese steaks dry and tasteless. There are so many places available for this type of food, not sure I'll return. Have had hit and miss over the years. Pizza is large, but if it's not flavorful, it's a bust. Since the place was quiet this particular rainy night, it should have been a better meal, as there was no one rushing around and plenty of time to prepare a fresh tasting pie and cheese steaks.

After reading other reviews we stopped in for dinner. I was with my adult son and 6 year old granddaughter. All 3 of us loved our meals. My granddaughter ordered the adult ribs and wings meal. She devoured the ribs, disappointing my son who figured he'd be eating half. I had the turkey reuben, served open-faced with French fries. The bread stayed crispy and the fries were obviously cooked in fresh oil. Lightly browned with a nice exterior crunch and soft center. My son had the steak with a gravy that he was dunking his fries in. The service was attentive and friendly. Tonight's our last night in town and we unanimously decided to return to this great spot.
