Lots of staff, lacked management. She was more interested in directing staff to put plants on outdoor tables, when it was raining, and setting tables. Ended up getting my husband's coffee from the bar as staff totally ignoring customers. Dear Sally;We regret that the provided service was not ideal. Thank you for taking the time to let us know. This tapas/pintxos bar is a little difficult to find but is always very busy with mainly tourists, from our own experience walking tour guides recommend this bar as good for local tapas . At lunchtime it is advisable to arrive before 1.30 to get a seat otherwise you have to queue but the wait is never very long and trust me it is worth it because the food is great , very fresh and a good variety and good value , the menu is only in Spanish but the staff speak English.

Smaller bar in the very heart of Palma. The staff is friendly and the bar offers a variety of beverages and smaller dishes.The few outside tables are placed on a small hill, which only adds to the experience as there are often street musicians. If you are looking for a pit stop in central Palma this place is definitely an option

Puzzled how they have the rating they have. Here are my reasons:1) inside very hot and AC not effective2) menu very very limited.3) claims in TA to be vegetarian & vegan friendly....very poor choices.4) wine list - terrible. Not for us.
