Just a rustic, local pub with a small menu, but friendly people, good food and great prices make it a favorite!! The outside covered outdoor patio with TV is the nicest we've seen in Oregon. Inside has pool, shuffleboard and Lotto. We enjoyed the Chilli burger, fish & chips and prime rib on a previous weekend. Good selection of beer, wine and cocktails make it a great stop.

So, when you go to a place billed as a "tap house" you're not going to be surprised by 20+ taps dispensing the "Elixir of the Gods." That is a given here at Loggers. The other pleasant surprise is the wonderful pizza! From the "Axman" to the "Garlic Spotted Owl" and the "Choker Setter," all the pizzas are absolutely delicious! You can also delight your palate with a great burger and other sandwiches. Now I come to my personal "new" favorite item: Hot Wings!Get 'em as you like them. You can get bone-in or boneless (not much of a wing in my opinion). OR...drum roll...dry rubbed! I can tell you right now, THAT is the way to go! My wife and I had an order of bone-in, dry rubbed wings with a side of their Liquid Gold sauce and we were in Heaven!I know this review is shorter than I usually provide, but I have to rush out and get some dry-rubbed wings at Loggers Tap House!

Applebee's always has something good on offer. My favourite there currently is their cedar-seasoned grilled chicken on cranberry-pecan rice and quinoa with Granny Smith apple relish and lemon vinaigrette. To absolute die for. The help is always friendly and even when they are busy, the wait for your food isn't too bad. Recommended!

It looks like as old house converted into a bar/restaurant. We had a very friendly waitress but I didnât catch her name. My husband told her we liked the wheat or Hefe beer. She said they didnât have any but brought us samples of 8 different beers to try. He decided on Everything is Awesome micro-beer ($4.50). It was ok but a little bitter for me, We asked her for recommendations on what to eat and she said the burgers are great and so is the Lilly Philly. There was a burger called Frog Burger and we asked what that was. She said some guy used to come in all the time and he asked for a bacon burger and always wanted the bacon to be crisscrossed over the burger and hang outside the bun. She said it looked like frog legs hence the Frog Burger. Hubby decided on the Roy Bean Burger â single burger, Swiss cheese and mushrooms for $9.25. You can also get a double burger and 2 slices of cheese if you want a bigger burger. I took her suggestion and got the Lilly Philly - sliced roast beef, Swiss cheese, grilled onions on grilled Sourdough bread for $8.50. We were able to get a nice salad as our side. My sandwich was ok - the roast beef tasted like Steak-ums that you buy in the grocery store. Hubby said his burger was ok too. If we come back we may try the Frog Burger!

Voted best pizza in Douglas County since 2013. Loggers really does have the best pizza you'll ever have. It starts with our mild sourdough crust and scratch made sauces. Our most talked about pizzas are the Garlic Spotted Owl and the Mediterranean. So if
When traveling I depend on, and primarily use TripAdvisor to find great local, family owned places to eat. Rarely am I I disappointed or let down. In fact weâve had great meals. Iâm sorry to say this place was one of saddest, and most painful. I wish these nice people no harm, they were all, very nice, and great service. I only wished we had walked out before we ordered. Itâs grimy, dark, and the pizza not any better than frozen. Iâll just leave it there. HI Spencer. I'm sorry you were disappointed with the pizza. I'd like to know more so that we can identify what happened. We've been voted best pizza in Douglas County since 2013. We make our crust and sauces from scratch and use the best cheese on the market. It is true that it is dark since we don't have any windows but we are working on renovations to improve the atmosphere. I appreciate that you wish us "no harm", private messages certainly work better for that...

As new residents of Roseburg, we'd heard great things about this restaurant. However, the reality didn't match up. I tried the blackened fish tacos, which were just so-so. The meat fish meat wasn't hot and lacked flavor. The tacos were served with black beans and rice, which were both lukewarm and a little dry. My husband had the "famous ribs" which he says had good flavor and were tender, but weren't the best he'd ever had. His fries would have been tasty if they were hot, but they were also lukewarm, bordering on cool. The service and prices were good though; the waitress was friendly and efficient. We're willing to give this restaurant another try because of the other great reviews and the service. PS....This was St. Patrick's Day and they were quite busy.

Salud Restaurant and Brewery was created from a passion for unique Latin inspired foods and an obsession with good craft beer. We are deeply rooted in this community and greatly appreciate our loyal patrons. We want our restaurant to be the first place yo
The food is definitely more than beans and rice, it is creative takes on familiar Latin dishes. We were delighted with the food and the service. Now the but--we weren't enamored with their IPAs. We tried two and found them both more malty with less hop flavor and aroma than is usually encountered at Oregon breweries. The red ale was good and well balanced. They were not poorly made just not IPA style. Definitely go for the food.

I intended to eat elsewhere but that restaurant was closed [unexpectedly]. Rodeo was nearby. The greeting was slow and not friendly at all. The room is freezing, uncomfortably air conditioned even though it was not hot outside. I should have left right then but I was really hungry. I ordered a fruit flavored lemonade with a double shot of vodka since I like to take the spirits. I complained to my server that I couldn't find the vodka in there but she had no comment or followup to remedy the situation. I had the senior portion of prime rib with salad, potato, and biscuit for $25. It was properly cooked, medium rare. That is the best I can say for the entire meal. The salad would have been nice but it was swimming in bleu cheese dressing. More is not always better. I had a glass of cabernet and left 3/4 of my lemonade drink untouched. Since my server had never addressed my complaint about my drink, I asked to speak to the manager. She was full of excuses, but nothing else. I offered her a taste but she was quick and rude to share that she doesn't drink. Attitude! Finally she agreed to take the drink off my bill. It was over $10 for a piss-poor drink. I don't know if their attitude was reflective of me being a solo female diner or if they treat everyone so poorly. Their prices were quite high for a family style steak house but not my problem. Sizzler is almost next door. It would have been a much better choice.

Food was great, service was excellent. Patio was awninged to provide shade. Inside seating was comfortable pub setting but had that noisy ambiance that made talking to a group of diners more difficult. Menu was more varied than last visit so all of us found something to like, including our vegan friend.

I am sad that I live in Palo Alto CA and this restaurant is in southern Oregon! I had the strawberry spinach salad and a fabulous vegetarian pasta dish (hazelnut pesto primavera, with many interesting and successfully combined ingredients)â and two local wines. Simply fabulous. Different without being quirky. Calm, happy environment. Reasonably priced too. Agreeable staff. Great place.
