Ate here on 12/9/15 and the food was great! I had their Lemon Chicken. It was served hot, tasty and was an ample serving. Our waitperson, Brittany, was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. The prices are reasonable. Try this place for a good value meal!

Went there for date night and I had been there once before, my boyfriend had not. The place was not super busy, we were seated right away. The patio atmosphere is excellent, very comfortable and pleasant. Placed our drink and food order. Took 20 minutes to get our beer and over 40 minutes to get our food. The waiter had to come back and ask what we ordered as he forgot. The girl bringing over our beer went to a table where they were drinking wine, she was at the wrong table and we waived her over. We were served our food with no plates or silverware, we had to ask. Then when leaving we needed a to go box and we had to ask for that twice.

Daily Grill has other outlets at LAX International Terminal and on Geary in SF that I'm familiar with. The setting is comfortable, spacious and somewhat more quiet than the bright food court across the Casino floor.3 of us shared chicken salad, fish and chips, another dish none of us can recall PLUS the key like pie we can all recall as we enjoyed it!Another thing we all remember Lobster pot pie on Monday Happy Hour if they still have it. We didn't get to try it on our Sunday visit

We initially scoped out the restaurant for dinner after our arrival at the adjoining Doubletree Hotel. They offered a champagne and pearls special which consisted of oysters and champagne pairing. We arrived at 6pm and asked the front desk host what type of oysters they were. He was not sure. We asked what the soup of the day was. He was not sure since he just started his shift. We asked if the soup was homemade. Again, not sure. We were comped breakfast by the hotel. The breakfast buffet was very nice and high quality. The first day, although service was painfully slow, we had no problems with our breakfast bill. We provided our name and that was it. Day two we were met at the hostess stand by what appeared to be a manager. She asked our name and what "level" Hilton Honor member I was. I told her I wasn't sure as it fluctuates but we were comped by the front desk. She looked us up and loudly announced our level of membership and that we did not qualify for a free buffet. I reminded her that we were comped by the hotel and we did not appreciate her making this announcement as if we were trying to freeload. If she was indeed a manager, it is clear why the restaurant was so disorganized.

Apparently my first review was too realistic. Let me try again....The nasty bland food at this establishment is the reason I will never visit again. The chicken wings they are supposedly famous for are clearly far from what they are really famous for. The service was cheerful and bouncy though I was a bit surprised a waitress hadn't noticed the 21 televisions, obviously a distraction from the brown lettuce and watery salad dressing. Typical corporate rubber stamp menu with same selection of items prepared without care or concern. Sorry, but I can't agree that people come here primarily to eat. Among the dinner crowd I counted no families and two women.

We frequent this Chili's often. Usually it is good, but we might consider going elsewhere from now on. I made a simple request at the time I ordered Chicken Fajitas to please grill (carmelize) the onions a few minutes longer than usual because they are always under cooked. The waiter replied that they were too busy and had no room on the grill to accommodate my request. Are you kidding me? I found that appalling my simple request was denied for that reason. When the fajitas arrived the usually good tasting fajitas had over cooked, dry chicken, and the onions were not only under cooked, but even more so than usual. This place apparently cannot handle customers when they get busy, so I recommend if you walk in and see there is a wait, go elsewhere. I will from now on when I see they are busy.Hey there, we're incredibly sorry that you had a bad experience at this location. Thank you for taking the time to contact us about it so we can make things right with you. Do you mind getting in touch with our Guest Engagement Team at 1-800-983-4637 or http://chil.is/GPFeedback so we can learn a little bit more about what was going on during this visit? Thank you.

nice place, easy to find, great location, fantastic ambiance...but the meal was below par. House Margarita was overloaded with ice and not much drink..not a good value. Pizza was too thin, plain, burnt...bland even with good toppings...needed more sauce and cheese.Very nice outside seating by the lake...we will give it another try when in town next.

Fantastic, well conceived cocktails. Classics and originals. The food selection is just a cut above. Delicate, fresh Hamachi, perfectly fried chicken and butcher nuggets, fried chock peas with perfect texture. All provided with seamless, friendly service. A very special place. I look forward to visiting again soon.
