it looks like the crew is kind of tired. the food was delicious, i would rate it a 4 or 5, but the way we were served reminded us that the end of march is the end of the riederalp ski season - and apparently also the end of toni's season. nothing wrong, but the waitress just seemed to be tired. kind of sad. Dear Roger,Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you felt that our service was not up to our usual standard.There is no excuse on our part for this and it certainly should not matter where we are in the Season. This is the best place on Riederalp to watch the sun set with a glass of local wine and food. Dominik, Nadine and their staff are brilliant, fun and very welcoming. Try their Raclette evening private dining for groups of 6 and more. We love it!!!Thank you Dominik and Nadine and very well done!!!

Ate dinner at the restaurant on a Sunday evening.The rest of the little town was basically closed besides a couple of restaurants.Good service and food tasty. Would definitely recommend the burger, 100% beef patty comes served on a hot rock.No service fees on the tables as the case is in Italy.Staff welcoming, friendly and speak English.
