The title is a little misleading. The restaurant was open before and after the hurricane hit and when electric was restored. They limited the menu choices to insure everything they served was safe.We've eaten in Applebee's across the country and this one followed the formula. You can have a good meal at a reasonable price. After the storm, they had volunteers from the staff waitressing and bussing tables. Everyone appreciated their efforts.

Exactly what you would expect from a chain Chiliâs. Overall a pretty good experience. No one was there to great us but got seated in an acceptable amount of time. The chips and salsa and white queso were super delicious and fresh. The coke tasted like the machine needed to be changed but the fresh brewed tea was excellent. Restrooms were clean and server was friendly. Ample parking available. My entree was the steak and salad from the guiltless grill collection and I was truly surprised just how good it was. I ate every bite! My friend had the quesadilla explosion salad and said it is her favorite salad from any restaurant. Not in this area often but if I was Iâd definitely return.

My husband & I were staying at the Hampton-Inn right around the corner and saw that there was an Applebee's close by so we knew we would have dinner here one night while we were in town visiting my brother & sister-in-law.Other restaurants in the area include: Carrabba's Italian Grill, Waffle House, Outback Steakhouse, Buddy Freddy (buffet), Sakura King, Mi Casa, McDonald's, Wawa,Lin's Express, Burger King & Subway.We arrived around 6 pm and were seated to a comfortable table close to the bar.They were no too busy but did take our server, Chad a while to approach us for our drink orders. My husband ordered a beer & I ordered a vodka tonic.Next, we both ordered the Cedar Grilled Lemon Chicken meal and it was delicious.It also took a while for our server to finally bring our bill.Food was great but service was not up to snuff that night!

I am done ordering here. I placed two orders to go weeks apart and will not be going back. They took my money as soon as I walked into the door, but would let me food sit at the bar while they talked with their regulars. Don't interrupt them either, because you will get the stink eye.

A must in Plant City and an easy on and off of I4!! Great beer selection, full bar, wonderful food and outstanding service. What more could you ask for â another Guinness. We will be back.

Went here on the advice of others for takeout fish and chips (pub style) on a Friday night. Very well prepared and generous portions. It has an open atmosphere, with a large bar and many tables; seems quite popular. Not a pub like youâd find in Ireland, but pleasant. Iâd go back for the fish and chips.
