No pretense here. Just a real neighborhood bar. You have to want to get there, as its backside faces east to U.S. 1, directly underneath a huge double billboard. You reach its parking lot via the alleyway east of U.S. 1, between SW 104th and 106th Street. We dropped in on a whim after a movie. Arriving at about 7:20 p.m. at a Saturday, we found only three cars in the lot. Those matched the three persons inside: cook, waitress, and one man at the bar. (When I came back at about 9:15 on a Wednesday night to take the photo, the small lot was packed, with a couple of cars risking towaway in the alleyway.)Artmosphere: probably either you like it or you can't stand it. Nothing fancy. Itâs a man-cave hangout. Lots of real wood walls, tables, the bar. A few old-school console video games, the kind where you standâone featuring Space Invaders ca. maybe 1978.No table service. You order and pick up at the bar. Basic appetizers and savory burgers, a few brews. We enjoyed the burgers and chips. The meat's so juicy that the bun was falling apart by the last few bits, and that was with the 1/3-lb. version, not the half-pound.Pull up to the bar and check out the bumper stickers lining the upper wall inside. If "Body piercings by Glock" is a little too intense for you, just go on to Chili's. Otherwise, enjoy.

We had a great experience. Our dishes were excellent and unique. The croqueta with guava sauce was awesome. Also the brussel sprouts, octopus and short ribs were great! Our server, Jaime, was outstanding giving us all great suggestions which beat our expectations and was always aware of our needs serving us efficiently and with a great attitude. Finally all the dessert choices were amazing but the warm bread pudding with ice cream was amazing!

We went on a mid-morning for the Sunday brunch. Great prices, and excellent cuisine. Very pleasant service, even though there was a steady mix-up, we were delighted with the experience. Their Bloody Mary's are sensational (and half price before 11:00). Can't wait to go back ...

Great ampnisphere. Great food and staff. Ribs, salad, fingerfoods and of course the drinks. Never have had anything go wrong. Staff are always helpful and courteous. We have gone here for 21st birthday celebrations and soccer team celebrations and never have they rushed us . Wonderful and fun place.

Two of the "big three" were a big hit ... the atmosphere, and the cuisine. Our service was lacking ...Earl's offers an airy, spacious environment that is most welcoming. While the music was too loud, the visuals were excellent. High marks with the setting. As for their menu, excellent. We feasted on their beef tips as an app, and that was a fabulous choice. The entrees included the salmon bowl (outstanding), veggie burger (terrific), salmon salad (fantastic), and their chicken salad (wow).Sadly, the service was a dud. Our server was a pleasant young lady who had either not been trained, is in the wrong position, or was having a bad day. This would have been a five star rating had we had decent service. In spite of this, we will go back ...

We always have a great time when we visit this place. We live by the area and Flannigan's is definitely our go-to-spot for late night food and drinks. They not only have affordable drinks and food, they also have amazing staff that would take care of you. If you love chicken wings, their chicken wings are definitely a must try. Make sure to save some room for dessert as well, try their brownie bonanza for those of you with sweet tooth.
