We were under the impression that this was Mexican/TexMex, but it seemed like bar fare. The food probably would have tasted better with more drinks but we were just hungry for Mexican food. Burrito was bland with a lot of rice, little else. The best part was the friendly service from one man who seemed to be in charge. Female bartender service was a little frosty.Wish we chose another place for our last night at Squaw.

This little place is next to the Olympic Lodge. Led Zeppelin music blares from the front patio. We came in to get warm from skiing in 15 degree F weather. It was a tough day. As usual, most people in the village didn't appear to be serious skiers and so you feel a bit out of place stomping in with true athletic intention in your day. They took 20-30 minutes to bake our pizza, but we were so cold it was okay to take that long of a break. The tables were not cleaned or bussed, and not that many people were there. When the pizza arrived, it was delicious and we enjoyed it.

Staff here were friendly and efficient. Food was decent. Avocado and toast was nice although I feel something more healthy than fries would go nicely with it. The veg appetizer was nice although a little too much fried food. The fruityIPA beer was awesome. Overall very nice

Really hearty and tasty food. Exactly what you need after a long day in the mountain. I had a vegetarian pasta that was so yummy and so generous that i almost died of happiness! Second time there, Iâve mixed the kids mac and cheese with a grilled cauliflower and the result was perfection. Last day a french onion soup which was a dream come true. Every meal was fantastic and the servers were kind and quick. Go and enjoy! You wonât regret it.

Located inside the Resort at Squaw Creek, Sandy's Pub has an upscale bar (complete with huge TVs playing sports) but cozy feel that's not too loud for conversation. Very friendly service (Jennifer was great!) and no wait on a Friday at 5:30 - it did get busy by 7:00 pm, though. We ordered sweet potato fries for the table and received a very generous basket with the best-tasting fries ever. Seriously! Big slices, not shoestring thin. Everyone had burgers that were massive stacks of onion rings, burger, condiments and buns that had to be eaten with a knife and fork to start. Definitely worth a return visit!

The Auld Dubliner Irish Pub was created to bring the spirit of a traditional Irish pub to the beautiful Sierra Mountains of California. With its dark wooden floors and authentic decor, the Auld Dubliner has the feel of a village pub in rural Ireland. It b
The service is consistently so so so slow. However, the food and the atmosphere are worth the wait (if you have time).Hi Michelle - Thanks for taking your time to leave us a review. We believe the food is worth the wait and our busy staff works hard to deliver exceptional customer service. What's the rush? It's summertime in Lake Tahoe! Thanks for visiting The Auld Dubliner and please come back again soon on a quiet day in The Village at Squaw Valley.
