Masterâs is our favorite Oceanside restaurant. Convenient location, great facilities, service, food and bands on Saturday night! The Philly Cheese rolls (now off menu) are to die for. We love the charcuterie plate options and the GF flourless chocolate cake.Highly recommend the Barrel Blend (Napa red) wine. It was so smooth that we had to have a second bottle!

Had never been to a pub like this before. Loved the self service concept. Great environment and exceptional selection. Ordered pretzel bites with beer cheese to go with our drinks and they were delicious. Would love to go back or find one close to home. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

4 of us stopped by for lunch before hitting the beach. First time there. Overall very good from the atmosphere, to the service to the food. Between us had 5 beersd each about $6-6.50 each and for food baja tacos, wings,corn dogs, Asian chopped salad and the poutine. Ranged from ok/good (the corn dogs) to excellent (wings and poutine). Nice setting and attentive and friendly service. A tad pricy perhaps eg Poutine $15.50, Corn Dogs and Tacos $14.50

Went there on a Friday night was busy but still a place to sit. The wine pour was easily 10 ounces which was great. Had the cioppino and it was fantastic with some bread for the tomato broth. Huge knuckle of king crab and the rest was cooked perfectly. With the view on the water this was a place I would go back to again in a second.

We sat on the patio / deck and enjoyed an evening meal. Pan fried scallops, shrimp cocktail, clam chowder, blackened salmon all very good. Ordered a bottle of Austin Hope, Cabernet Sauvignon, very good wine from Paso Robles, CA. Prices were reasonable as compared to other places we have been. Best meal of trip.

Great 2 hour stop for amazing Baja seafood and margaritas! So much to choose from and margaritas are a must! They Even serve pitchers of margaritas! My place! We are sitting right on the harbor on a cool September Saturday- couldnât ask for a better setting in Oceanside!

Nice outdoor seating if you ride bikes to Oceanside and itâs super close to the train station so very convenient. Has a nice upscale friendly atmosphere and an extensive bar with lots of beer choices to satisfy. I found the fish tacos not to be very tasty, probably because they are grilled and not deep fried. The fish and chips here are great. The food here is good but not as cheap as a burger place. I guess fish costs more. Anyway a nice place to meet and hang with friends.

This delicious little place is worth the 6 hour drive according to my fellow diner (pictured)..... seriously so good!!!! The Mac and cheese and hush puppies are a must ! Great drink and beer menu as well!

I ate today at the Local Tap House and it was unbelievable!!! The food and the service were top-notch!!! The inside ambiance is really cool and there also is an out-door patio area. My server, Jessica S., was simply outstanding!!!! Very attentive to my culinary needs and had a wealth of descriptors ready to describe my probable choices!!! Jessica just added to the great experience I was having eating!! Her pleasant disposition and her eagerness and readiness to make sure my experience was great was the BEST!!!!!!! Thanks Jessica!!!!..... I ordered the Kung Pow Cauliflower and the Tuna Crudo Ceviche and both were some of the best dishes I have tasted in the past 11.4 years!!!! They were that tasty and good!!!!! As my readers know, I recently ate at Gaggan in Bangkok, the highest rated restaurant in all of Asia!!!! The food here at LTH was just as good, or better, than Gaggans!!! I am back in Oceanside in January to work again and I will eat hereâ¦â¦.and I will ask Jessica to be my server again!!!!! Simply putâ¦..the food and Jessica were the BEST!!!!! Thanks to the bartender also who served my wines in gargantuan glasses!!!!!! I loved it!!!!!!!!!!
