Ezo is the most happening 'Apres ski' pub in Niseko overlooking the Niseko Village ski slopes, featuring private karaoke rooms, daily lunch specials, snacks and more. Keep an eye out for famous DJs on weekends. Open only during the winter season.
With a terrific view up the Niseko ski fields Ezo has a great spot. Located up a level from the ground floor this stylish pub gives you a selection of meals accompanied by a great range of drinks. Happy hour is from 6:00-8:00pm with discounts on beer and wine.We ordered a hamburger steak and Chicken Curry both which were westernised and tasty. The layout and finish is clean and modern, well worth a look.
Following a fine meal itâs time to head to The Cigar Bar to sip one of the various whiskies available from the local Yoichi distillery. Or drink a glass of Hokkaido wine, or perhaps a cocktail. For cigar lovers, thereâs a choice from The Cigar Barâs wide
The staff were really nice and helpful, and the mood of the guests was very upbeat. There is a great view of Mt. Yotei as well. Drinks were normally priced (for a Japanese hotel, meaning expensive anywhere else.) Selection is decent
Where to eat Seafood food in Niseko-cho: The Best Restaurants and Bars
We ordered beef A vs beef B set menu but also order an additional a la carte beef steak. The waiter found another front desk guy to take the order because he spoke very limited english. Since the restaurant seemes very good a beef or steak dishes given they offered a set menu to compare beef A vs beef B, I asked what kind of beef steak would the a la carte be. He replied it should be australian beef and it costed yen1944. Then I asked if it should be waygu? He said waygu only produced in japan and he did not know the marble M grading in aus beef vs A grading in japanese beef. The ala cart steak only served at the end after 1.5 hr when we planned to leave while we putting on our shoes. We asked for medium rare but it came well done. The shape was strange . Pic attached.Good service but never order a la carte. Too stretchy for the preprogramme die hard system.Normally we would mention to staff that the steak is over cooked against our specification but the restaurant was understaff and we could not find anyone.

Few but very well done dishes: grilled chicken, beef curry, fried rice are the favorites. And good coffee.Nice chimney and open glass walls.

The Niseko Brewing Company was established in 2014. Its brew pub and restaurant is located in a great spot looking out at Mt. Annupuri and the Niseko Ski Resort. We are open all year round and serve an interesting variety of Niseko Beer and Japanese-style
I had Niseko local beer here and some snacks.and It was very good.It was worth to have Niseko beer if you visit niseko.NIseko beer uses spring water from Niseko mountains, selected materials like hops to express Hokkaido's nature into the beers.I could find their passion and strong philosophy from the glasses.
