The falls are literally the biggest draw – watching the frothy water tumble at alarming speeds can be mesmerizing. Queen Victoria Place Restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing lunch in this historic, pub-style atmosphere. Located in Queen Victoria Park, take in panoramic views of both the American and Horseshoe Falls from the dining room or terrace. With a
This restaurant has a great view and there is no doubt you will enjoy the experience of dining here with one exception; the construction going on out front if it is still there when you visit. In between sprays of water from the falls we had to tolerate the excavator digging and disrupting our conversations with its loud motor. Our meals were good but the desserts were even better. We ordered gnocchi and fish tacos which were delicious but if you don't like tomatoes, don't order the tacos as the salsa had big chunks in it. For dessert, we ordered the black cherry gelato, creme brulee, and the maple souffle cake. We each tasted all of the desserts and could not decide which was the best as they were all so good. What made the lunch even more special was our waitress, Rachel, as she was attentive and explained all with patience and enthusiasm. When you arrive, don't bother with the handicap buzzer out front because if they are busy it will take some time before anyone appears to tell you to go to the rear of the restaurant. Once you arrive in the rear of the restaurant, look for the lone handicap parking spot and there you will find the ramp to gain entry. You will then need to go through four doors taking you through the staff dressing area, the storage area, freezer area and then the buffet area; a room adjacent to the lobby of the restaurant. If you want to sit in the outside dining area, you will have to go down another ramp that will take you past the restrooms. This restaurant has made a concerted effort to accommodate wheelchair users and I commend them for making it work; even though it is a bit cumbersome. The women's restroom has a push-button entrance for the door and once inside you will see stalls. The handicap stall is large with an L-shaped grab bar near the toilet and a lowered hook to hold your belongings alongside the door. There is enough space next to the toilet for a power chair or scooter. The restroom has wheel under sinks and another push-button to open the door so you can exit. Next to the restrooms, you will see an Evacuscape (Evacuation Chair), which I have only seen in a restaurant once before. Given this restaurant has a number of bus groups with older adults, it was good to see they are ready for anything. I hope they train staff on how to use it as it isn't something you can't learn on the fly.

Enjoy a casual, comfortable and relaxing atmosphere with Niagara Falls as your backdrop. The Lobby Lounge offers spectacular views of the Canadian Horseshoe Falls and the American Falls from the comfort of oversized, comfy chairs.
We stayed at the Marriott Fallsview and loved our room overlooking the falls and also enjoyed the hotel bar for drinks and informal dinner whilst enjoying the night time falls illuminations. The bar has full glass overlooking the falls and is cosy and comfortable. Cocktails and food were also very good.

Had lunch here during our Niagara Falls visit. Restaurant is located inside Wyndham Garden hotel. It was a short walk from our hotel, Comfort Inn.The restaurant was quite empty. Maybe early-mid September was already low season for Niagara. The food deserves a bigger crowd. The service was prompt although there was only one person taking care of the guests. We ordered Drunken Pork Cops, Chill 443 Burger and Grilled Fish Tacos. Taste wise this was the best food we experienced in Niagara. Presentation was nice too. Considering the food quality we found the price to be quite reasonable.Overall absolutely recommended.Teertha,Thank you for taking the time in providing feedback regarding your recent experience. I am so please to see that the food and service exceeded your expectations. I will be sure to share your positive feedback with our team. They work very hard to create memorable experiences like yours! We hope that you decide to join us again!

Sports Bar and Restaurant. It's where the locals go! Fun friendly & entertaining staff! Your not just a customer you're family! Lots of TVs, amazing food and always a great time!
Food was below average. Crispy fish with soggy fries. Wonton soup was a disappointment. My co-worker told me it's made by Chinese woman and only on Monday. It's Canadian style wonton soup I guess. Service was friendly and efficient though. I will give lower rating without that great waitress. I won't come again for food unless friends want to watch the game and have a few beer.

Went for appetizer's and to sit on the patio. Went inside to tell the waitress and order our drinks....waited, waited , waited and waited. Decided maybe she did not understand us....went inside 1 person at the bar, 2 tables inside, us and another table outside. Our beers on the counter with glasses getting warm so helped myself and waitress yells she has been busy.........ok. Also asked for a menu.....waitress came out and took our order......waited, waited, and waited and waited and waited..........fast with the bill. Not impressed!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Turtle Jack's is a cottage inspired restaurant for family & friends to enjoy an innovative & bold menu, signature flavours and farm to table freshness.
My parents and I have been here twice in the last month and have had exceptional service by both Allen and Sara. They are both very knowledgeable servers with a great disposition! The food is always fabulous! The white wine always perfectly chilled! We are always greeted by more than one hostess and are always made to feel welcome in a very clean restaurant. If you haven't tried the Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer before, you really should! It is by far our favourite! Parking is free here at the hotel if you are a guest of the restaurant! Parking attendants' service is extremely friendly also. Thank you for your 5 star rating you gave our Turtle Jack's Niagara location. We look forward to seeing you again soon!Turtle Jack's Hospitality Host

Doc Magillign's Irish Pub is Niagara only true Irish Pub, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night menu. Live entertainment, outdoor patio. On the red line WEGO shuttle, beside Best Western Cairn Croft Hotel .
I ordered take out. Heard from many friends about their wings, which were amazing! A little expensive, but worth it. The staff was very friendly. The only problem was that I ordered too much food (2lbs wings. 1 order garlic bread. All for me)!?!?! The wings were big, moist and crunchy, a tribute to the kitchen staff. Only regret is that I couldn't stay to enjoy one of their many draft beers!!Good Morning, Thanks for taking advantage of our Take Out option. Did you call in or order online through our website? Either way works great. Yes, too bad you couldn't take one of our many draft beer options with you. Next time you will have to stay and sip on a nice cold one while you wait for your food. Have a great day! Paul C.

Craft beer brewed right in the restaurant, fresh made food and nightly entertainment.
Ate lunch while on vacation- very nice local place. I was impressed with the house salad, which had a nice assortment of veggies and chickpeas. The hummus appetizer was delicious, which we mostly ordered for our son. The lemon pepper haddock was tender and cooked very well.

A Wild Place to Shop and Eat. The Rainforest Cafe is located on Old Falls Street in Niagara Falls, USA inside Sheraton At The Falls and adjacent to Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino. Part adventure, part restaurant decorated in amazing rainforest foliage dis
I've already reviewed the Rainforest Café, as I've dined there a number of times on solo visits; however, as my sister and her husband visited from California at the beginning of this month, I thought I'd update to include our visit! :) First of all, as I didn't refer to accessibility via public transportation in my earlier review, I'd like to point out that the Rainforest Café couldn't be more accessible by Metro Bus: all the outbound buses leaving from the Portage Road Transportation Center stop in front of the Sheraton Niagara Hotel, in which the Rainforest Café is located; what's more, the inbound #55 will pick you up at the same spot and bring you back to the Portage Road station! :) Those buses are, in fact, my usual method of getting to and from the Rainforest Café; on this visit, however, my sister's husband was driving, and she and I waited for him in the Sheraton lobby while he parked. We entered through the side door, which is close to The Reef, the Sheraton Niagara's glass-walled swimming pool, and it certainly looked inviting!! :) There seemed to be an abundance of Caribbean-style atmosphere, along with tanks filled with tropical fish - yep, I think I spotted the sand sharks! :) - but most fascinating was the "stream" that ran along the glass wall, in which small sea creatures were clearly visible - I loved the stingrays!! :) I don't know about the beautiful pool in regards to access, but everything else in the Reef seemed to be placed spaciously enough to accommodate walkers and wheelchairs! My sister and I watched the sea life until her husband returned, at which point we all went down to the Rainforest Café for dinner; the restaurant is located on the hotel's lower level, but a ramp leads down to it, past the hotel's accessible public restrooms. We were seated at a table near the animatronic tigers, which gave me a wonderful opportunity to take close-up pictures - they're so beautiful, and the adult tigers are stunning - they really do look alive! Photo lovers, check out the tiger that's standing on the rock: if you're standing at just the right angle, facing the tiger, there's a gorilla looking over his shoulder whose expression makes him look like he's plotting something! :D As ever, the food was excellent - I had the Safari Soup, which was spicy with a generous amount of hot sausage, but very good! :) My sister and her husband also enjoyed their entrees; my sister gave me a couple pieces of battered fish from her Fish 'n' Chips order, and it was scrumptious! :) The hotel's arcade and their T.G.I. Friday's Restaurant are on this level, and the Rainforest Cafe's amazing gift shop, which includes an animatronic crocodile, exits directly onto Old Falls Street. As they say, "A Wild Place To Eat And Shop"! Don't miss it!!! :)Hello Doorintosummer,WOW this is an amazing review of the total experience. First let me thank you for saying that you are a frequent return guest which immediately tells others reading this that Rainforest Café gives A WOW experience every time. Great food, great atmosphere and a amazing service team. There are so many great aspects that you mentioned about our Sheraton hotel. TGI Fridays, Starbucks, Rainforest Café, Hydro Spa and the Reef Beach Club pool. There are 4 aquariums in the hotel. One in the Rainforest Café. So once again thank you for all the kind words and a detailed description of your experiences. Say hello next time you are here.
