Recently changed ownership and a great improvement! Food is all fresh, we almost always go for the Aberdeen Angus steaks. Sit back and enjoy the bustle of a local village and some days the local market. Well done to them.Thank you very much for this lovely review ! With no great expectations we stopped for lunch at the Café Lions having spent an interesting morning touring the small town of Saint Cézaire sur Siange near Grasse, Provence, France.We enjoyed our traditional French lunch fare with one âformuleâ two course lunch with a glass of wine for â¬14 and the other order a plat du jour Steak and frites for â¬15.50. Nice surroundings in a charming village, very welcoming staff and a quiet location on a warm Autumn afternoon made this a very enjoyable lunch stop.

We went for their 'new evening menu ( they only open evenings in the summer) .. Plenty of parking behind the restaurant. Brilliant new menu for the evenings delightfully presented and great value. Best restaurant in Pagodas by a country mile even if the lunch time menu joe no choice for 3 of the 4 courses may not be for everyone.
