The Biergarten is a truly unique space where you can enjoy the New Hampshire countryside as you kick back and enjoy our premium beers and light fare from our menu. (*Limited menu available during special events) The Biergarten is also an unforgettable ven
Lovely idea - outdoor seating and a nice lodge type building with a huge stone fireplace (not going - it was 80 degrees). The keg of German beer, a special offering for Oktoberfest, was FANTASTIC - so great that by 5 pm the keg was done. We bought the refillable mug with pretzel for $12 (refills $3 - would have loved a couple refills of the German beer). Also we ordered the potato pancakes ($6) with sour cream and apple sauce. They were just horrible - Anheuser and Busch would be rolling over in their graves if they knew what was being offered as potato pancakes. Yuck. These were your standard boxed grocery store patties but not even crisped up. Sorry - doesn't cut it for an Oktoberfest especially at a brewery. Just skip them. The pretzel was okay. They were also serving bratwurst but we didn't sample.

Lots of great beers on tap, and even more available in bottles. The food menu is limited but everything we had was truly excellent, especially the grilled brat sandwich and the pretzel mountain. Definitely do not miss the pretzel mountain! We read that they have half price apps midweek so we'll be back for that, for sure. Friendly, casual atmosphere. Lots of space. Good music. Board games if you want to hang out.

My two children and I planned a last minute Birthday Celebration for my wife. Called the Homestead Restaurant several days in advance for a party of 21 people on Sunday March 10th. The Staff was very accomodating and gave us the small function room. The Server Christine took very good care of us and the food was fantastic! We choose: Steak Tips, Baked Haddock and Chicken for options and all 21 people who attended raved about the food and the service. I would highly Recommend the Homestead Restaurant.

Not all Common Man restaurants serve lunch and we were happy to find this one did. The location was convenient as we were headed back to Massachusetts. The lunch menu is very similar to the dinner menu except that portions are advertised as smaller. They may be smaller but they are not small. The food and service were very good. Little things like delivering your bill in a novel make this place special. It was fun to read other diner's comments as well as add our own.

Came here at 5pm on a Thursday. I had never heard of Buckley's and was brought here on a business dinner to impress a very important client. The organizer chose this place well. The atmosphere is very warm and our client could not stop admiring the podium at the entrance. The podium is made out of wineboxes and has a very authentic, custom decor. There are paintings on the wall that are artistic and for sale. If you venture into the attached gift shop next door, they support local artists and this is very important aspect everyone loved. The hostess and waitress staff were wonderful. Our food was cooked and ordered, starting with appetizers. Wonderful choices, quite a handsome selection of meals available on the menu. Our guest of honor was very impressed with the amount and quality of food. We started with appetizers, continued with the main course and finished off with desert. The display brought out of examples of desert dishes was quite impressive, as most restaurants are apt to show only photos and descriptive words. I love this place and cannot wait to come back!Wow, thank you so much for the great review! We are always thrilled to hear when a guest enjoys their visit, and we thank you for taking the time to let us know. We hope you'll join us again in the future!
