We wanted to sample Valencian paella during a weekend trip and settled on this place after reading their reviews but more importantly, it was one of the closest spot to us after a long day and we were starving. It turned out to be a great choice. What we particularly liked about this place was that it looked and felt very authentic. There are loads of places in Valencia to have paella but most of these are geared for tourists rather than locals. This place is a bar/restaurant with less than 20 table covers and has a distinct local vibe. We asked for the traditional chicken and rabbit paella - as this is unique to Valencia. The verdict? Excellent quality and service!

Near the old Tower along the northern edge of the old city (Ciutat vella) of Valencia. The place is unassuming in its appearance. The vegan food is creative and delicious and nicely presented. Their acai and other fruit drinks are a must taste as are the frozen desserts (perfect for the hot weather). The staff was very friendly. We returned during our stay.

Visited this place as recommended by trip advisor as a near by location. The place had great reviews so we thought we'd give it a try. As arrived to the restaurant we were a little hesitant to go in as we saw the menu all written in Spanish. We were greeted and asked if we had a reservation to which we replied no. We were then after given a seat. The staff was very friendly and helpful (especially the guy who took care of us didn't get his name)Even though the menu was in Spanish he was of great help to explain the menu. Furthermore my partner is Vegetarian, to which it didn't stop the waiter in recommending the starters and the main course. We entrusted in his hands to choose for us and he didn't dissapoint the food was to die for. For starters we were given pickled olives, bread and speciality potato, photos hereunder and vegetable paella as main course.This place was also mentioned for their dessert however we didn't manage to order it as we were so full. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place for its authentic menu of Valencian snacks and bocadillos such as Spanish omelette and tomato bocadillo and "Bombón" (pork, cheese, mushroom, garlic, mayonnaise and green sauce). To die for. Not posh, but you won't eat better anytime between breakfast and lunch anywhere else.

We followed trip advisorâs recommendation to check out this place near to our accommodation & werenât disappointed. Apparently Italian run and staffed this small restaurant bar has a great menu and friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Quite small so not that many tables outside but worth hanging around for. Not an extensive menu and partly some fast food offered but quality & tasty range of tapas plus fish, including delicious swordfish. Would recommend. Tks too much
