We found this place by chance two years back and we had to visit again while we were back in Slovenia! There is onsite parking and a cool outdoor play area for children. There is also a beautiful river within 100m of the restaurant. There is a choice to sit outside or inside. Outside is by far better and full of atmosphere. The burgers are booked to perfection. We ordered âmediumâ burgers and they were cooked exactly âmediumâ. We had onion rings, chips a cheese burger and a Lords burger. Our food tasted amazing! This is still my favorite burger place ever! Itâs s shame we live a 2 day drive away!! The guys are cool, friendly and helpful. Great concept, great location, awesome food - Iâm looking forward to our next visit already. You guys are amazing :)

Official Union brewery pub located in backyard of brewery house, just 10 minutes walk from legendary tripple bridge in the heart of city centre.
Were welcomed as we came in from the rain and were seated promptly. The menu has changed and some of the choices I had liked before were missing from the menu. The food took a while and was served very hot. My husband enjoyed the goulash and I enjoyed the sausage plate. The accompanying bread was excellent.Hi eleanorl671, thank you so much for your positive feedback! We are really glad you liked our pub and we hope to see you again! :)

An almost forgotten restaurant with 200 years old tradition, based just few kilometres out of Ljubljana's city centre, has got refurbished cosy new looks, and under a group of young food and hospitality enthusiasts, the old restaurant Zibert has got not o
If you plan to stay here, you should know - the place ââis actually a popular restaurant with all the crowd, noise, smell and so. The rooms are located just above the restaurant and are exposed either to âtheâ restaurant terrasse or to âtheâ summer garden that hosts parties, events and concerts. Since there is no air conditioning in the room, during summer time you have to keep a window a bit open to have an air and âall âthe sounds are coming in. The room itself was clean, not maintained very well, it easily can be âspottedâ that a renovation or proper maintenance are required. Hot water is coming from a boiler placed in the bathroom, and the first night before I was going to sleep I've turned the boiler off, as it's switch is not marked in any way or looks different. Of course I had no hot water in the morning. I couldn't turn on the TV in the room, it has no the on/off button and no remote control, it's basically a touch screen âas I found later from the stuff, and you should touch the screen âsomewhere to turn it on. There is no telephone in the room, so can't just call the reception and ask about, I just gave up. There is no trash can in the room, which is kind of uncomfortable if you don't want your waste to be thrown over the room. There is no reception or stuff dedicated to the hotel. The reception itself exists as a designated corner, but no one was there any time I was passing by. All the communication is done through the bar of the restaurant, and the stuff that is working there (all of them were friendly and polite)is primary assigned to the restaurant matters. When I arrived I asked to have an iron to iron my shirts, but they did not have one, and despite the promises to bring it in, the guys from Park Žibert did not manage to get one in the following two days. And the last thing, not so important, but - I was having a lunch at the restaurant and the kitchen forget about my soup, I just didn't get it. When i asked the waitress, she sad that they probably forgot to serve it. The other meal, hamburger, was OK, nothing exciting.

After walking for a few hours in Ljubljana, you can felt a hunger, and so did we. Researching TA before our visit to Ljubljana, Slovenska Hisa was my choice to discover it. Located on a very popular walk promenade by the river Ljubljanica you cannot miss it. Friendly staff and nice welcome is always a good sign. We ordered big coffee, apple juice, homemade ice tea and a plate of slovenian authentic food like cheesee and ham, eggs with bacon and dried tomato. Everything was very delicious, we were satisfied with location, service, food and price which was reasonable.Recommend for a visit !
