I believe this restaurant is fairly new.
As we were traveling home, we decided to eat lunch at the McPherson, KS., Applebee's. We ate there on a previous trip and enjoyed our meal. It's a pleasant atmosphere with friendly folks, and we were able to accommodate our Keto diet requirements with an awesome meal. The price was great as well.
On ash street in Mcpherson. One street east of Main Street in downtown Mcpherson kansas. Plain exterior and cavernous interior with small counter bar and lots of tables scattered around. Pool tables and sports TVs to watch the game. Beer and liquors available. Only place in Mcpherson so far that I can find a good filet mignon. Other steaks available as well as some very good burgers. Tacos also. I included menu photos for your convenience since there are none on the net. Also included some shots around inside and out. Call ahead if you donât want to wait. All items available to go. Open late. Steak Thursday and taco Tuesdays. Some steaks may not be available at all times so check ahead to be sure your cut is there. We got two filet mignon plates to go. Both were excellent, mine medium rare and wifeâs was medium, but was actually medium rare so had to cook a bit more. Filets are 8oz instead of the usual 6 oz for this cut. Prices very reasonable for this quality of meat. Open grilled. Family friendly.

This little sports bar and grill is practically adjacent to the Fairfield, so it makes a great choice for anyone staying there. It offered dozens of beers on tap, including regional favorites from Free State and Boulevard. Service was friendly, and the bar food was pretty standard bar food - not bad at all but nothing exceptional. I was happy I ate there and would be happy to return.Thank you for being our guest at The Fieldhouse Sports Grill & Taps! I am happy to hear you enjoyed the beers on Tap. Thank you for taking the time to review our Sports Grill~Your staff at The Fieldhouse Sports Grill & Taps
A very quaint place. The bar seating is comfortable and plentiful. I recommend the Fire Cracker Shrimp as an appetizer. They are not too spicy and there is a lot. The food prices are reasonable.
