NOLA for 4 days. We ate here twice. BEST FOOD we had and we went to a lot of good places! Literally every thing we had was delicious! I can't imagine that you could go wrong with any item on the menu but we had: pastrami w/sauerkraut sandwich, hot boudin sausage, Cajun sausage, a porchetta sandwich (sadly a special and not on the regular menu but...to die for), black eyed pea chili. The drinks were great too. The space is really pleasant and, even though the seating is mostly at high tops or a the bar, its a comfortable place to be. Great service too. We didn't try Cochon (the main restaurant) this time but we definitely will when we return to New Orleans.

Superior Seafood and Oyster Bar is a First Class Restaurant located on St. Charles Ave. The Bar is SO much fun, and large, but it gets busy. They have the freshest oysters on the half shell! They provide all of your seafood favorites, as well as turf offerings, and all Staff provide professional customer service. Recommend arriving early - the locals know this place. Superior Seafood have a full house every day! You can spend more money at the top-rated restaurants in the French Quarter, but you won't receive any fresher seafood. Plan at least a couple of meals at this location while in NOLA. ENJOY!

Born in 1952, in the Irish Channel neighborhood, Parasol's is a New Orleans tradition that is known as THE place to go for roast beef po boys, and a huge St. Patricks Day block party. We are a neighborhood bar to the world, where everyone is welcome and t
No kidding. Homer Simpson had a roast beef po'boy here! After visiting Lafayette Cemetery we went to have their famous shrimp po'boy - and ended up also getting Homer's roast beef one too. They are REALLY good both of them. I still prefer shrimp one personally - slightly spicy, just beautiful and really filling. Place accepts cash only (they have a cash machine), po'boys are really sloppy - so roll up your sleeves, take a bunch of napkins and dig in. Well worth it! It's unassuming from outside, but once inside you have people buzzing at the bar with beers and cocktails and others enjoying food. It's a cool place to stop for a simple but very much NOLA lunch.

This out of the way place was suggested to us by a local, we were looking for good local food, nothing fancy. Between the five of us we probably ordered everything that was suggested to us by our server Paula and were impressed by everything. The food was good, the portions were large and the service was fabulous, definitely worth the drive out of the downtown core, we will be back!

I went to this location for brunch with some of my friends during a group vacation. Overall, the experience was ok. We were surprised to learn about the various added charges for things that seemed like very basic substitutions. I ordered the French Toast and the portion size was very small - you only get a single piece. The server was very nice and actually brought me another one. I would consider returning but probably wouldnât actively plan to go back.

Had lunch there on 8/12. It was OK. It wasn't busy and I thought it took a long time to fill our order, which was 2 dogs and an order of tots. I also thought 8.50 was a little pricey for a fancy dog, but they were good. I would go back, but not in a rush. Funky but clean.Thank you for the feedback on your ticket time. We've gotten to work on this issue, and we're confident our team will improve. And thank you for saying we're "funky but clean!" That's a great compliment! Thanks again!
