Our server was friendly and the food was okay. Prices were average for the area paying 13$ for a perch sandwich and fries. My husband ordered a wrap and he said it was okay but he wouldn't order it again. There is a beautiful view with both inside and outside dining. We had enough to take home. After we seated ourselves it took a while to be greeted and get menus. The restaurant is in the front of a hotel and you entered it through the side door from the parking lot and into the hotel lobby/gift shop area. The indoor dining room is probably the "breakfast area" of the hotel. There is a large sign out front saying the hotel is for sale. I was wondering if our waitress was also manning the desk in the lobby! Since eating here we have heard both good and bad about it! Sounds like a new owner might be what this place needs!

Home of the worlds best wings! Cleats Marblehead offers waterfront dining, great service & food including wings, overstuffed sandwiches, wraps & more!
We were exploring in the Marblehead area and found Cleats as a place to have lunch. The restaurant is part of a Marina with plenty of activity to see while having lunch with a view of Lake Erie. The building was clean and appealing. The floor inside, at least where we were seated and worse in the restroom was VERY slippery and what I would consider an accident waiting to happen. There are three areas to be seated, an outside patio (which we chose not to use as it was hot and some tables were NOT in the shade) , the bar area with a view of the marina, however no seating available, and the dining room, which looked out onto a parking lot. We got the one you DO NOT want if you're there to watch the boats. The waitress was very friendly and helpful with the menu. The service was VERY slow and it appeared they did not have enough wait staff. Once we were finally served, the food was in very generous portions and very tasty. IF we were to return we would NOT want to be seated in the dining room and order our meal when we order our drinks so that we could be out a reasonable amount of time.

While exploring the area before heading home we saw the roadside signs for this place and decided to try it out. It was packed for a Sunday afternoon. They have a bar, inside tables and outside patio. We were seated right away outside and even on a 90+ degree day it was pleasant. We were told by the server they got slammed at once so be patient for our order, she was right but very attentive with refills while we waited. We ordered a little of everything to try. Walleye bites, Erie chowder, and fish tacos. All was great except the calamari. As a bonus 2 fishing charters docked and we got to see everything they caught. My daughter thought that was cool. Greatly lunch to end our weekend trip to Cedar Point.

Come sit in our outdoor dining "room" and enjoy the view from Cedar Point all the way to the tip of Catawba and Mouse Island. Located in Portside Marina, we offer fresh fish, Homemade Crab Cakes, the best Lobster Bisque on Lake Erie and we can not forget
We were there for supper on a very warm and sunny day. The location by the lake was perfect. The crab cakes were very good (although served cold). The lobster bisque that everyone rants and raves about..........WHY? I found it to be very bland, definitely not tasting of lobster, lukewarm, and served with a slice of soggy bread on top. Our server was deplorable. She didn't crack a smile. In fact she had a pouty look on her face the entire time. We think this could be why our food was served lukewarm and not hot.......just plain poor service. We did see another waitress on duty who was upbeat and efficient.

Hubby & I visited the Village Pump for lunch while on Kelleyâs Island. The food was very good, and had really large portions. Much more food than we expected! We even saw some others taking pics with their heaping plates, and laughing at the size. Hubby got the taco salad, which was a huge bowl filled with chips, meat & salad. I got the chicken quesadilla and it was not at all skimpy, a very large one. They seemed to be a short staffed and trying to work the back bar area as well as take orders and serve food. Our waitress, although pleasant, seemed to have no choice but to be in a really big hurry. They needed more help. But even with that said, we enjoyed our food there and would go back there again.

Waterfront bar & grill located at Shrock's Marina off of North Shore Blvd. Come enjoy a cold drink, excellent Perch, and the best view.
Had lovely afternoon with our pup at HBB. Great mozzarella moons and perch tacos. Ice cold beer for us and ice cold water for our pup. Comfortable chairs, cool breeze, friendly servers and great music. So glad we took the time to find this spot. Enjoyed watching boats come back to the marina. Walked over to the lakeâs edge- lots of rocks but very pretty. We will return!!!

Great local hangout with live music on the weekends. Vodka cherries and gummy bears are definitely recommended! Could be a little cooler inside.

8/16/19; There were four of us and the place was not super crowded, but busy. We were seated and got drinks fairly quickly. I got the Betty Salad with shrimp and it was good. My wife got the salmon with rice and both were so dry I could hardly choke it down. The salmon was very over cooked as I have read from other reviewers on the fish dishes. Never again!

We had an enjoyable evening at this pleasant restaurant. The food was good, with the pizza being the standout item. We had ordered the artichoke and crab pizza (on the specials menu) and it was excellent. My watermelon and arugula salad was very good. One person had the chicken Caesar salad and complained that the chicken was totally dried out. We had started with warmed pretzels for the table (with cheese and mustard dips) and ended with an excellent bread pudding a la mode. It was a satisfying meal at a reasonable price. Service was okay, not the best Iâve experienced but adequate.
