Been a few times, never amazing, sometimes good sometimes not. Needed a magnifying glass last visit to find the toppings on the pizza and chips half cold half hot so obviously just slapped some ones that had been waiting around on the plate.. service - well you have to find your own staff pretty much. Shame really as weâve stopped going because of the collective experiences.

Very generous servings, really pleasant staff, reasonable prices, great view! Make sure you book on long weekends, or over the summer break. Only gripe would be the lack of atmosphere and decor in the main dining area, has no soul.

Went there twice for breakfast and enjoyed the experience. Coffee was good, food too and the ambience relaxed. The wait might be longer than expected, though. Also visited for dinner, which was somewhat disappointing. The mulled wine special was undrinkable, the food mediocre. Substitutions to the food had been made from what the menu stated, and this caused allergy issues. Very hectic and disorganized service made us leave in a hurry.

Decided to try something new and we were pleasantly surprised. A friendly and helpful team. Simple pub fare but very well cooked and presented. Care obviously taken. Chef even did my fish pan fried - most pubs wouldnât support this. Not a massive menu but a great selection that would appeal to all. Iâd happily pop in here again.
