Reviews on Bar food in Liznjan, Istria, Croatia. Ližnjan (Italian: Lisignano) is a village and municipality in Istria, Croatia. It has high biodiversity. There is a small church named Crkva Majke Božje od Kuj that dates back to the 17th century but was built on ancient foundations. It has a glass floor with an ornamental painting underneath. Importantly, the municipality also includes the remains of the ancient city of Nesactium, built by the ancient Histri.

Super friendly and welcoming. Not too expensive, great cocktails and a friendly surrounding. Not the best view in town, but the music is not too loud (WHICH I LOVED)

We went there most evenings for drinks and to watch football when it was on. A locals bar I would describe it as, although we we were made welcome. We will go back again next time we visit Medulin
Easily the BEST burger in Croatia. Hot, juicy, the closest thing to an American burger I have found out here. The staff is great and attentive and the burger presentation is top notch. Do yourself a favor and get any of the burgers, you won't be disappointed!

We ate here 3 times in a week, burgers/ ribs and steak. Excellent food and a great host Tony. Ribs were my favourite, always a friendly greeting and good quick service and nice and clean

It is indeed a cool place both because you can sit in the shade (rare at Cape Kamenjak) and because it has a very cool atmosphere. The children can play in the bamboo 'forest' and try out the giant swings and the adults can pick from a nice variety of drinks and food (self-service with abit of a wait, but very good quality cevapcici etc.). Sitting under the dense leaves, you don't get the view of the wonderful coastline, but it is a very short walk down to the beach/cliffs from the bar. You must pay to get into the national park by car (well worth it, because the scenery is spectacular). If you want to, you can drive to a car park that is right next to the bar at the southern tip of the park (signs are a bit misleading sometimes...). Alternatives are taking a bike ride into the park (roads are pretty bad though, so you definitely need a MTB) or you can walk in. Absolutely doable distancewise, but it can get very hot with very few shady spots.
This restaurant has a lovely terrace overlooking the harbour. The menu is not massive but the portion sizes are very generous and tasty, the seafood pasta starter could easily suffice as a main. The staff were very helpful with deciphering the menu and attentive. You are given a free snapps on arrival and again on leaving which is a nice touch. A forgotten order of a drink was rectified with a double on the house, thank you.
