Dust Bowl Brewing Co. is a small craft brewery in Turlock, California. In August 2011, the company opened the Downtown Taproom in the lively Downtown Turlock corridor, offering guests an intimate vibe, industrial chic décor and indoor and outdoor dining.
The staff is so friendly and helpful and the food is great. Their beer is getting famous everywhere. The brewery is good by the freeway, but the downtown is closer to business people, has a larger menu and feels more personable.

As a rule I enjoy coming to Applebeeâs several times a year. The service is usually friendly, maybe not always efficient. The food is pretty good, though I usually just order soup and salad. No exception this time, food was quite good. The waitress was friendly. However, I really donât like to be called sweetheart, darling, hon, or any other term of endearment. Itâs highly annoying to do business with somebody who keeps calling you hon, dear, and whatever else they can think of. Nor is it a good idea to ask the customer what âwe would like to orderâ. What would YOU like to order is what should be asked. I truly appreciate a good waitress, and I tip accordingly. But ... Iâm not your darling. Iâm not your honey. Iâm not your dear. Please respect me.
