We stopped here to get our McMenamin's Passports stamped and have dinner - our third visit. This is a favorite stop along the passport route even though it's a bit distant for us. We would come here even if we weren't passport stamping. They have some great crab cakes (on the "starters menu") and clam chowder (officially called Cannonball O'Chowder) that keep us coming back. They also have great Ale battered fish'n chips, steamer clams and seared Ahi Tuna that we can recommend. Top any of that off with one of their trademark beers and you should be a happy camper. If you're in the area you really can't go wrong here with the great selection of food and brews all complemented by an attentive, thoughtful staff. DJ was our server and he was nothing short of terrific. Give this place a try.

We were at the Coho and this place was just a block away, we decided to try it. We were pleasantly surprised. Itâs a very casual place, thereâs a separate room, another bar and pool tables. The restaurant was clean and the waitress was very friendly. The food was American fare, not expensive and good!

A family oriented restaurant and pub serving up authentic traditional German food. We have an amazing selection of micros, ciders & German beers on tap. Pool table, jukebox & video games for kids.
We recently had dinner here and it was a delightful experience. Everything was good! I had the Jager schnitzel with spatzle and red cabbage. Even the cabbage was good - a bit sweeter than usual. There is a large German beer selection. It's a pub with pool tables, but children are welcome until I think about 9 pm. Seating is at lovely wooden (slabs of wood) tables that look as though they were made by hand. Service was very good, very friendly.Great experience and since we're locals, we'll be back!

Enjoy delectable breakfast, lunch and dinner choices as well as a lounge with scrumptious appetizers and excellent cocktails, beer and wine all while overlooking the majesty of the Pacific Ocean. Chinook's Seafood Grill is an amazing place to watch the su
We came to Chinook for the Oyster Bar on a recommendation from a local hotel. The staff was very nice and as others have mentioned to view is great, but the atmosphere and food were terrible. It was dead quiet, no music or any ambient noise besides the shouting of the staff coming in and out of the kitchen. We ordered oysters as a starter (the reason we came), but they never showed up, in hindsight we were glad. Next was our entree, the seafood tasted like it had been in a freezer for months and the mashed potatoes were a sad scoop of the dehydrated potatoes. Weâve had much better fresh seafood at our local restaurant in landlocked Utah for the same price. Disappointed! :(I appreciate you taking the time to provide a review and share your feedback. I was so sorry to hear that you were less than satisfied with your meal. Please be assured that I will share your comments with our Executive Chef and the food & beverage team. Thank you again for your review.

Historic full service bar and grill in the Taft District of Lincoln City.
We visited Snug Harbor based off reviews. The food wasn't bad, it was typical bar food but plentiful and well priced. The bloody mary's were good & strong! We came for dinner and returned the next morning for breakfast. Great atmosphere and excellent service. We will definitely be returning when we're in town.Thank you for your visit and your review. We look forward to seeing you again.

We came here because the wait at J's was too long for us. Our drinks came out in frosty cold glasses which was nice! The fish & chips were very good but the fries just so-so. Would be an excellent meal if they switch to a crispier french fry. We also had the clam chowder which we both liked. Yes it is a bar and prices are decent!

Wednesday, off season. Food - meh...; service - meh....; atmosphere - meh.... you get the idea. Clam chowder was excellent, ham, apple butter, and cheese with fries, blah. One servers was nice but a little talkative, the other was hard to even understand. The interior was ok, but typical of a chain fad restaurant. Too few tvâs for watching sports. Beers brewed on site were ok. The ciders were very nice. Overall plain, kinda boring, and I doubt weâll go back. On a high note, the ham, apple butter, and cheese was without the cheese, but they took it off the bill and were very nice about the whole thing.

We went here for dinner. They have gorgeous views of the beach and ocean, so you can whale watch while you dine. Our server, Kay, was wonderful. She answered all of our questions and her service was perfect. I had the breaded stuffed halibut special (note to chef....put it on your regular menu) and my husband had steak. Both meals were perfectly cooked.
