We went for a late dinner at Dicks in the Excalibur. We had walked through on an earlier evening and at that time I was not in the mood for ridicule. This actually is a fun restaurant but you need to be in the mood for smack down and ridicule from waiters and staff. They make hats with funny and rude sayings in them. Prices are a bit steep but the food was good. âNuff said. I believe you are referring to "Dick's Last Resort" located in the "OTHER" Las Vegas----as we are "the ORIGINAL" Las Vegas! Do plan a visit to our restaurant located in the heart of historic downtown Las Vegas, NM.

Stayed at the Plaza Hotel and the bar/lounge was on site and convenient!Menu was very unexpected. Everything from meatloaf to an amazing Salmon I am not kidding was over the top - fresh, delicious and authentic! This in Las Vegas NM?! Yes!We started with an amazing authentic Elote dish served with fresh warm tortilla chips! Again, in Las Vegas NM.Now about the service: Shortly after we arrived a party of 12 walked in! Only one server and we were about to exit when the manager came out of nowhere to save the day!!! He had seen the bartender was swamped at jumped in to help!!!Service was excellent and the follow up excellent!

We stop by the Borracho on a Sunday afternoon after walking around the Plaza and finding everything closed. What an awesome find! Bobby, the mixologist, prepared us a couple of local created cocktails which could withstand any high dollar drink from New York City! Totally and highly recommend the Borracho in Las Vegas, NM.Thank you so much! I am so glad that you enjoyed our bar, drinks, and mixologist, Bobby! We pride ourselves on craft cocktails and we will happily serve you again if we're lucky enough for a revisit.
