Went to Woodstone as recommended by our Motel where we were staying. Busy little location with lots of locals, which is usually a very good sign. Sat at a pub table & ordered a bucket of beer that was very cold & reasonably priced. Ordered quesidillas & Buffalo chicken sandwich, which as loaded should have had more & the spicing of the Buffalo sandwich could have been spicier/hotter. Reasonably priced & had some local talent singing. Over all a very relaxing enjoyable dinner out!

Our menu is filled with classic American dishes like steak, salmon, burgers, sandwiches and salads, as well as other traditional favorites like slow-roasted prime rib and our famous chicken tenders, all at a great value.
The honey fried chicken and baked potato, delicious. Baked potato "hot enough to melt butter" was perfect. The house salad, excellent. A great dining experience.

I loved chili's but the quality of food has decreased since last visit. I will say the take side guacamole was very good. Both of our entrees were substandard. The chicken fajitas had several issues. The chicken looked and tasted like it came out of frozen bag of Tyson chicken. The peppers had no color or taste. The chicken quesadilla were not appetizing in appearance. The whole entree had no flavor and was cold. This used to be a favorite chain restaurant but the quality was not even close to par.

I went to Mr Papaâs & Beer for dinner with some work colleagues last week. Honestly, it was a little bizarre and the worst meal I had while in Kingsport. The food was mediocre at best, and theyâve lost their liquor license so can only serve beer. In addition, our server was either distracted or disinterested; it wasnât clear. She got a couple of things wrong with the order, but we just let them go. We all laughed, however, when someone entirely different dropped of a fresh basket of chips after we had paid the bill and were preparing to leave.Seems like this place is running on fumes. Wonât be going back.

Chicken in the chicken sandwich was properly cooked, moist, and tender; bacon well-cooked but still tender; lettuce and tomato fresh. The veggie plate offered very generous portions of four options, all properly prepared to be appetizing. Prices for quantity and quality is very reasonable. Jessie was friendly, humorous, and attentive, providing efficient and timely service. We enjoyed our experience. The high noise level, typical of Chedders' locations, seems excessive, explained partially by the dominance of hard surfaces that compose the interior. This is sometimes our reason for choosing other venues for a meal.
