This place is the core of Maastricht spirit. There is no booking, so you have to wait standing having a drink with other clients. Tremendous beer list. 200 beers in bottle though some were missing tonight. Our food was disappointing: the Maastricht stew was too sweet for our taste and the accompanying ham was pretty tasteless. So was the Guinean fowl though the kriek sauce was lovely. So, go for the beer
