We came here for an afternoon break. We had some drinks and a light meal. The location is convenient for Eureka Springs visitors but the cafe is spread over three levels, which can be confusing. We entered on the top level across from Basin Park and went down to the bottom level. They have live music so it was pretty loud, but entertaining. The service was very good and everyone was happy with our food and drinks. It is well worth a second visit when we return to Eureka Springs.

My wife and I were incredibly discouraged after visiting another restaurant which was awful. Eureka Live redeemed our vacation 10 fold. The bartender is what you would think of when you think of southern hospitality. The tiki bar vibe screamed "relax, take a load off". The beer was extremely delicious, and do NOT get me started on their liquid marijuana. That was one of the best shots I have ever had. I would absolutely recommend this place to anybody that is in town without their children.

Known for Eureka Springs Best Burger, the Balcony Restaurant overlooks Spring Street from the Second Floor of the Basin Park Hotel. Hearty Entrees and tasty appetizers are made extra special with regular live music and refreshing Beer, Wine and cocktails
Went to this restaurant because it was in a great location with a nice view of downtown. Sat down, took forever to be helped then waiter kept forgetting what we had ordered. When we finally got our food, it was absolutely terrible and clearly frozen and not fresh. Nothing was handmade. There are so many other places to spend your time and money than this restaurant. Also the cherry on top was that they add 18% automatic gratuity to all parties, regardless of size. This service charge is divvied up to all waiters. We were told that it is so that the waiters make a better wage....maybe the company should pay their employees better, rather than pass that onto your patrons!Thank you for coming in. I apologize for your negative experience. When itâs Bikes, Blues, & Barbecue weekend in Eureka, things get crazy with all restaurants in the area. However, that does not excuse the food not going out to our standards. You are not the only one to experience bad food quality and those issues have been addressed. Thank you for your review

After having gone to a restaurant that was recommended and find it closed, we drove around and saw the Rowdy Beaver and said "lets see what it like". Was a nice surprise. Most friendly waitress. Made a couple of suggestions. and ordered dinner. Was good, hot and just the right amount.

My wife and I took her family here for lunch on a recent visit to Eureka Springs and everything was very good! The setting was really nice, the food delicious, and the wait staff friendly. We all ordered burger/sandwich type dishes and each of our meals were very good. The sandwich buns they made were very nice and waffle fries were warm and fresh. The portion of fries could have been a tad bigger, but that's really just nitpicking. Overall I would recommend Pied Piper Pub and Inn to anyone staying in or passing through Eureka Springs.

Eureka Springs has many restaurants but Eureka Grill, with outdoor and indoor seating is just great. As their sign says, "Pet friendly patio for friendly pets.". Good burgers and great service. At the top of the hill on the main drag. My wife loved the Screaming (hot) Bloody Mary.

We were at Sparky"s last Saturday with another couple for dinner after a day of scuba diving at Beaver Lake. The wait was only 15 minutes (not bad on a busy Saturday evening) and the service was fairly good. Two of us had their signature burgers and they built a BLT for my wife since one was not on the menu. These were quite good and the fries were to die for. I ordered their fajitas nachos and they were not worth the calories. The cheese-like substance on the nachos was the kind poured out of some generic can, the onions and green peppers were not fresh but stringy and limp, and the few chicken flakes I found was nothing like normal fajitas chicken. I suspect it also came from a very small can of generic chicken pieces. To say it was The prices were higher than expected and our server messed up our tab was too high by about $6 or so. We did not want argue it so we just paid and left. Dont think we will be back - too many other good restaurants in the town. Thanks for the nice words about our burgers and fries...as to the chicken fajita nachos, sorry you didn't care for them. We make our own queso, not from a can, we roast chicken, then cut it into bite size pieces, not from a can..., the peppers and onions are sauteed with our fajita sauce that we also make, not from a can. we serve 5 ounces of chicken on the order..more than 1/4 of a pound. As far as the prices, yes, we are more expensive than McDonald's, but compared to other restaurants that cook everything from scratch, we are very comparable or even cheaper...if your bill was wrong, then we were at fault, for that i apologize. never worry about speaking up if the bill was incorrect. Also, if you had told us that you didn't like the nachos, we would have gladly replaced it or at the very least taken it off you bill. Sorry again that you didn't enjoy your Sparky experience, give us another try...we'll try harder!

We were seated in the back patio because it was a gorgeous day. Unfortunately they had the TV audio on so loud it made it difficult to talk with each other. It was a football game which made it worse because the levels went high and low. Our service was awful. Waitress was extremely slow in getting to us. As tables emptied it took an egregious amount of time to get them cleaned. Another couple came in and then left after they saw things were not moving swiftly. We literally had to chase down our server to get our tab, and we found her on her cell phone chatting away. Food was OK. I had the filet mignon burger which was a tad chewy.

Shrimp was ok but hush puppies were hard. Baked potato looked old and reheated. Salad was cold but not much in it. Grilled veggies ran with butter and grease. Tea was weak. Sign out front said âcook neededâ. I agree.
