Ember Pizza is conveniently located at the corner of Route 28 (Main Street) and Bank Street. In contrast to a number of restaurants on touristy Caper Cod, they are opened year round. They have a nice large, off-street parking lot beside the restaurant. Their interior is divided into a bar area and a family area. The inside is bright and inviting with light finished (blonde) wood flooring, light walls (accented with alternate dark wall) and dark wood timber beams on the ceiling They too have a second bar outside (facing South), with bar side and table seating. Further, they have a nice fire pit on their outside patio. Another draw is that they have live music Wednesday through Saturday (6 - 10 PM). Their menu obviously features pizzas cooked in their 1000 degree, coal fired oven. They too offer wings, appetizers (spinach dip. bruschetta, scallops, calamari nachos, fried mozzarella, etcetera), salads, sandwiches (meatball parmesan, Chicken Parmesanâ¯â¯, Eggplant Parmesanâ¯, BBQ Chickenâ¯â¯â¯, Pulled Pork, & more), burgers, and pasta entrees. On a nice day, we sat outside at the bar. The service was good and we could enjoy football on the TVs above the bar. We tried their Meatball Parmesan sandwich, Cheese Ravioli (very good)â¯â¯ and Fig & Prosciutto Pizza( Fig Puree, Prosciutto, Balsamic Drizzle, Goat Cheese, 5 Cheese Blend). One dining companion ordered the pizza with no cheese? The result was a fairly bland but quite sweet pizza, which she did not like. Confess that I too tried it and agreed - it needed the cheese to balance everything out!! I had the Meatball Parmesan sandwich, which was tasty and satisfying. Overall we enjoyed our experience at Ember Pizza and would return.

The 400 East Restaurant & BarThe inside of this restaurant is so clean and well cared for, first-time visitors often think they've just opened. But the consistency of the wide variety of food items and efficient, friendly service evidence the excellence i
.Had a very satisfying lunch at 400 East Restaurant in Harwich on Cape Cod at the corner of Routes 39 & 137, halfway between Crocker Nursery on 137 in Harwich and the Ocean State Job Lot on Route 28 in Chatham. Quality, quantity, presentation, taste and price of the food was excellent. Service in the half-full restaurant could've been better. Was given a menu that was months out of date that got us salivating for items no longer available. Drink came with lemon instead of lime--but it did have a straw. Extra salad dressing never materialized. I was able to bring half of my Cobb salad home and had the leftover salad for breakfast the next morning..The place is much bigger than I remember from a previous visit years ago when I sat right in front, right near the door I came in. I had been visiting Emerald Physicians right next door. This time I was seated way, way in the back. There is a bar in the middle with about two dozen seats and there are two private rooms in the back, one of which was occupied by a private party; those people at the party sounded like they were having a VERY good time. There is plenty of parking as East is in a strip mall; however, parking spaces are narrower than they might've been, in my opinion. If you come in the back door, come to the front to be seated, please.

A friendly family restaurant that serves seafood, steaks, and American fare. We also have live entertainment many nights a week, including dance music with a live band on Wednesdays and Fridays, Geno Sings Sinatra and More on Sundays, and John Morgan's Ha
Been passing this place for ten years and finally decided to try it. We were not impressed. The menu had a little of everything on it, and we tried a variety of different things. None of them were very good. The interior is dark and dated, and service was very average. There are too many good places around to go here, sorry.Sorry you were not impressed. We always wish for our customers to have a great experience, and most of them do. If you would like to contact me further about what meals you had, I would be happy to discuss any issues that came up. [email protected] Have a good summer!

Warm atmosphere with great local fare and creative lunch and dinner specials. Great place for craft beer, inventive cocktails and delicious wines that won't break the bank. Great place to meet locals and visitors. Fun, fun, fun!!!
Had dinner here with my husband last Saturday. His tuna steak dinner was fine - Asian inspired and he enjoyed it. I ordered calamari plate. Awful. The calamari were not crispy and very rubbery, the fries undercooked and soggy, and the coleslaw tasted old. I did not eat the fries and slaw. After the meal we went to a concert where I got very sick and ended up in the emergency room via ambulance. Since the calamari were "revisited" so to speak, i feel they probably were bad. Needless to say, we won't revisit The Landyard.

The smell of salt air mingles with the aromas of casual summertime cuisine at the Cape's finest destination for informal dining and socializing. Relax and enjoy the sun, surf and scenic vistas from our inviting open-air dining room and seaside deck. Chef
We were there for one of the Jazz Festival evenings. The cocktails, including the Daisy Chain were delicious! The small bites were a mixed bag. The falafel with salad was flavorful along with the manchego cheese. The crab fritters were not warm and the sauce didn't have much taste and texture wasn't great. The music by Suede was an amazing night, despite the rainy weather!Dear Kim BThank you for your review and for joining us at the Jazz Festival. We appreciate you taking a moment to share both the highlights and areas of improvement. Rest assured your feedback has been shared with our team and is helpful in our efforts to continuously improve. My best wishes for a pleasant remainder of the summer and we hope to welcome you back for a future concert.Best regards,Josette C. WillisDirector of Quality Assurance

Recommended to us for a weekend visit, The Mad Minnow is tucked in the back of a small cluster of storefronts. My party entered through the back of the restaurant, which has spacious outdoor seating and a fire pit. The inside of the restaurant has a dim, somewhat mature and romantic ambience, but there was a spectrum of party types and attire choices. We were immediately seated by a very kind and attentive hostess and waitress. For an appetizer, I decided on the clam chowder. It was extremely rich and creamy and was smart to share for this reason - excellent choice, donât pass it up. For an entree, I ordered the hot lobster roll (cooked with butter), as opposed to the cold lobster roll (cooked with mayonnaise). The lobster rolls come with orzo salad (in oil), french fries (to die for if you have a salty tooth!) coleslaw and a pickle. If youâre on a diet like I am, have no fear, both the hot and the cold (my mom got), are EXTREMELY light on the butter / oil. Overall wonderful experience, would highly recommend this place to family and friends!!

We went to Brax for lunch after church on Sunday, and we were fortunate to get a table, as it gets very busy with the after-church crowd.Members of our party had salads, clam chowder, fried seafood platter, seafood casserole, and the oyster appetizer. Everything was delicious, the service was good, and the view of the marina was lovely.

Great, fun, casual spot with good pub food. The lobster roll is incredible and my friends have ordered it â to goâ numerous times.Ingredients FRESH and entrees good for sharing!Outdoor seating available. The owner donates a portion of money saved by NOT ACCEPTING credit cards to local nonprofits! One negative are the fruit flies which are always in attendance however.

Had a wonderful meal with family totaling seven of us. The inn was accommodating as we changed our reservation multiple times both to increase people and move the time. Mooncussers was highly recommended to us by our realtor and cousins who live in Chatham. We were not disappointed. All fish dinners were excellent. The lobster fondue was particularly noteworthy. All meals, drinks and appetizers came as ordered and we had a great time.
