Coast Bar + Bistro serves elevated versions of classic comfort foods. The bistro offers a range of appetizers, sandwiches, salads, our signature pizzas and delicious entrees. We are open every day at 11:30am. Join us every evening (even weekends!) From 3-
The Coast Bar and Bistro at the Daniel Inn has a well-crafted menu that is reasonably priced. The fireplace makes for a cozy environment. I have been to this restaurant many times and for various occasions - brunch with a girlfriend, a wedding shower, dinner with a group of friends, etc. Each time the service is terribly slow. An example from my most recent dining experience: it was 1 hour and 10 minutes between when we were finished eating and when we paid our bill, and after asking for a box 3 times, I gave up and left the rest of my meal. We ate an appetizer and a meal and were there for 3 full hours. For these reasons we will have decided to put this restaurant on the back burner for a while.

Second location of a favorite local watering hole with great beer and food!
Four of us went to lunch and sat out side. My "Destroyer" sandwich was delicious. Open faced thin sliced pastrami on rye with Thousand Island dressing, coleslaw, tomato and melted Swiss, Kettle chips and pickle ($10.00). My well drink was $4,25....so I had two! Reasonable and good!

We stood in their tiny little hallway for over 30 minutes with about 15 strangers and not one of us got seated. There was no hostess to be found. They were not busy. There were many empty tables both inside and outside. Nobody was there to even take any of our names. We left. So did some of the others.

We really enjoyed our meal but the service was really slow. I think they need more staff. I'm never happy when I wait 20 mins, for the check.

We ate here several times over the course of our stay. The staff is uniformly friendly and eager to please. The food ranges from burgers, to sandwiches, to fish and chips and lobster rolls. There are tables on the patio which are great place to enjoy the water views. The restaurant is near the pool and offers take out meals to enjoy poolside.

I've been to Ireland three times and visited at least a hundred pubs (no exaggeration), and Byrnes could be found anywhere in Ireland. They're one of the few Irish pubs in New England that carry Murphy's Irish Stout. Their onion soup (just like French, except with blue cheese topping along with the cheddar) is really good. Nice ambiance -- lots of brick, dark wood, and all kinds of interesting decor. Reasonable prices, friendly and funny bartender. A place to revisit on the next trip to Bath.

Not only did Sea Dog offer excellent fresh brew choices, they offered other drinks as well. We took away a Growler of the Blueberry and a Cider. The food was amazing and offered something for everyone, many local choices and the expected comfort foods on the menu. A great scenic view as well.

Stopped in for a quick lunch before an appointment. Sat at the bar. Jen E waited on us and she was excellent. I had the lobster roll, superior. Husband had the Chamberlain burger and said it was excellent. We told Jen we had an appointment to make and she brought our check with meal. Next time weâll go earlier so we donât have to hurry. The ambience at the bar was so friendly, we chatted with other patrons and Jen and will definitely go back.

We came here at the recommendation of the the lady at the visitors bureau. There is parking behind the restaurant. It was in the middle of shops along downtown. My husband had a burger for lunch and I had the seafood salad. It had crab, shrimp as well as lobster. It was delicious. We enjoyed browsing the area after lunch.
