I enjoyed a quite dinner with my husband on a Friday night. Dinner is only served on Friday and Saturday nights. We were greeted by the owner and promptly seated. They do take reservations. The menu has a variety of offerings, something for everyone. In addition they usually have specials on the board. Salad is included with your dinner but only one side with the entree. Both dinners arrived hot and correct. My husband had the filet and I ordered the colossal crab cakes (I could only finish one of the two). Although we did not order drinks they do offer a full bar. The only thing I would change is the chairs. I don't care for the hard wooden curved back chairs, but I have a minor lower back issue. The servers were both friendly and helpful. The owner walked us out and said he hoped to see us again.

Stopped in here for a cold beer while exploring with friends. Nice big property right on the river with picnic tables and a tiki bar. Drinks were cold although not very strong. We didn't eat so not sure about the food.

DiDonatoâs Alley Bar & Grille in Hammonton, NJ features a frozen beer tap inside and seating & fireplace outside. Munch on scrumptious dishes like short rib mac & cheese and the ahi tuna bowl. With 26 professional-grade bowling lanes and other activities,
The Alley has excellent food, whether you are looking for bar/fried foods, pizzas, salads, or nice dinners this place is perfect. My husband and I decided last minute to go out and eat on a Sunday and watch football (we had eaten here 3 times prior to this visit). The menu is a decent size menu for a sports bar in a bowling alley. Over the several times we had been there, we had ordered the crab cakes, burgers, mozzarella sticks, chili tots (tater tots topped with chili), wings and all of these were delicious. The wings are a very good size for the price also. Prices on the finger foods were average to a little above average. However, two things I was not impressed with was the Cheese steak egg roll, we both tried it and were disappointed for lack of flavor. And the other issue we saw was the prices for the dinner menu. Prices for dinner started at $30, and for a sports bar, that's quite pricey in my opinion.Thank you so much for your review! Hope to see you again soon. We just launched a new menu and have really perfected the cheese steak egg roll, so I hope you come again!

In town for a soccer tournament. They would not accommodate a large party sitting together. And they would not seat us until the wait staff was caught up (or the restaurant was virtually empty.) Food was good, no complaints with service. I'm still on the fence with the electronic check out option. You can pay your bill (even split a big party one by one) at the table. It's a nice feature, but I feel that it's one less thing that the server is involved in.

Realizing this is a newly-renovated establishment with, perhaps, inexperienced owners, certain standards should still be met. Watching the much-needed physical transformation of the property gave us hope for local pub which would become our "go to" place. However, out enthusiasm was dulled by a disappointing first impression. While the restaurant itself has undergone a remarkable (and badly-needed) renovation, we wonder if the excitement will last once the novelty has worn off. One of our pet peeves is having a server ask you want you would like to drink before we've even taken our coats off and gotten comfortable in our seats. No "hello", "thanks for coming in", "how are you?"...just "do you know what you want to drink?" When we finally got settled, we asked for a "beer list" and the server pointed to a hand-written list on the wall which could not be read easily mostly due to the handwriting and, to a lesser extent, the distance from where we were sitting. Now don't get us wrong, the place was busy, due, we suspect, to its "newness" and the fact it was their "grand opening weekend". But, one would also expect that customer service would be foremost in their plan not only because it was their opening, but to assure repeat business going forward. To that end, not only was the brusque greeting from the bartender a disappointment, we were also surprised to see who we believed to be the owners of the restaurant had commandeered a corner of the bar even though customers were standing at the bar due to the lack of sufficient seating. Albeit, the owners were taking up valuable "income space" at the bar, we gave them benefit of the doubt by assuming they were just watching to see what improvements might be needed in terms of server activity and processes for customer service. To that end, we also thought rather than calling out raffles from their perch at the bar, it would have been nice if the owners had circulated among customers to introduce themselves, find out where folks were coming from (to help with future marketing), and simply to thank folks for coming in. This did not happen during the time we were there either. We did order lunch and were satisfied with the size of the portions, the freshness of the ingredients, and the overall presentation and taste. Satisfied, but not overwhelmed. The fact that we had to ask for silverware and napkins didn't help the situation either. In addition, I personally thought the draught beer was not as chilled as it should have been, but I admit that's a personal preference. Perhaps chilled glasses should be offered for all draughts and not just selected ones. Now, everyone's approach to running a business can certainly be different, but this experience was underwhelming and fell short of the first impression we hoped for and expected. We sincerely hope things will get better with time and experience. We need a good "pub" in our community and this one has the potential, but it will take more than just watching from the corner of the bar to make it happen. Overall rating: another "average" pub despite the renovations.

This place is more a bar than a resturant but, what it losses in ambience it makes up for with insanely good sandwiches and really excellent homemade mac& cheese. It's not the best for vegetarians but, meat eaters will be in heaven. The menu features very large multi-meat sandwiches like the Dubliner, with ham, cheese, and turkey all stacked like one of dagwoods sandwiches. They also have some good beers on draft, a pool table and multiple TV's with all the games on.

Everyone Meets at The Town House Years ago townspeople would meet in taverns to discuss and debate the issues of the day. They would often refer to their local taverns as the 'town house' (a precursor to the town hall). In 1949 this tavern opened as The T
