Cash only. The place was kinda empty Thursday afternoon. I didn't have much cash so could not stay long. Great juke box old school. Had what we wanted to drink. Not much else to say. Bar tender would not step out from behind the bar to serve. No big deal.

Were staying Birch Run and the name intrigued us.. Very rustic and kind of old school inside. The staff were pleasant and the food was really good for bar food. The burgers are cooked to your liking and big. You won't leave hungry. The chicken dinner was lovely too. Beer was freezing cold. Gold star for that alone !! We would happily return.

Stopped in with our kiddos. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Our son especially loved the buttered noodles. Barely touched his burger due to him devouring the noodles. Their pulled pork sandwich was amazing, so fully loaded, I ended up eating it with fork and knife. Their draft beer selection was great. Kiddos even enjoyed the accordian player that went by twice. Had a great experience here. It's great to hear that you and your family enjoyed your visit to Michigan on Main! Thank you for sharing your experience with us and we hope to see you again soon!

Obviously, Frankenmuth was noted for its Chicken. SLO Bones is a great change. We drove past it and decided to try it and the food was absolutely incredible, The spicy Bar B Que sauce was great and would be highly recommended. This is not our must stop when we are back in Frankenmuth!

We stopped for lunch and wanted to eat outside. They have a large outside area with umbrellas over the tables. There are flowers all around which we love, and we saw butterflies too. However the umbrellas need to tilt according to where the sun is at, or need a full canopy top to the whole outside area, as the sun beat down on us really bad, except for a couple at our table of 6. It was a hot sunny day in that sun to eat in. The food was delicious, and the server was great. Nice setting to eat at despite the sun beating down on us. We had the club sandwiches and they were delicious and the bread was so soft/yummy! Price was reasonable too. Inside was Tiffany style lights. Great place amidst nature to enjoy a meal and also watch the people and horse and carriages go by!

Stopped in the brewery for lunch one day while out and about in Frankenmuth. The brewery was quite full for lunch and we noticed that the small parking lot was packed and not especially easy for vehicles to navigate in/out of the lot. Fortunately for us we had walked from our hotel (Marv Herzog Hotel) which was literally just steps from the restaurant. Later we noticed a sign that said you could also park in the hotel lot across the street. We had a brief wait until we got seated but server was friendly, attentive, and very nice. My husband purchased a sampler of 4 different beers from their menu. However he had not noticed that there was a front page and a back page so the beers he ordered would probably not have been his first choices. Regardless he likes exploring different flavors of beers. We both enjoyed our lunches and it seemed that the people in the tables around us also were enjoying their food. Portions are quite generous including salads which come in a huge bowl! Would recommend if you are looking for a casual restaurant with good eats!

Had brunch here last weekend, and it did not disappoint. The food and drinks were just great. I had the farmhouse breakfast hash and a fauxjito, and friend had the french toast casserole and the non-alcoholic sangria, all of which was YUM! The only complaint, would be that the portion of french toast felt really tiny for the price. This should be a don't miss when in Frankenmuth.
