Buffalo Wild Wings

The atmosphere is definitely a sports bar, loud with average service. They do have some games for kids which ads to the overall chaos of the restaurant. Does not feel to clean since they have carpet on the floor and the chairs are peeling. The food was fine. The french fries were very good. Had to ask for water, silverware, napkins and the service was very slow.

This bar is located on the third floor (there's a elevator). It is ourdoors and is quite spacious. You have to get your own drink. If you have your drink in hand you have to go up the stairs to enjoy the view of the city and/or sunset. It is nice to sit here with friends. Just loved it.

Apple Annie's is the best bar in Florence. It's got good food, great beer selection, and the staff are great. It's also one of the few bars in Florence you can go without worrying about getting shot. I've never seen any trouble at Apple Annie's so, if you are passing through, this is the place to go.

1720 Burger Bar

This was our 3rd stopover in Florence and we usually eat at a nearby Mexican restaurant but decided to go for burgers this trip. 1720 Burger Bar had good reviews and didn't seem like your typical fast food restaurant. We arrived on a Saturday evening and were seated right away. The restaurant felt quite humid and I immediately noticed food on the food by our table. Not a good start! Our waitress was excellent. She checked on us multiple times. The food came out very hot and fresh. The burgers were excellent. The Terminator was huge and tasty. Our kids loved the fries. If it wasn't for the dirty floor, I would have given them 5 stars. We would return and give them a second chance. Overall, the food was great!

During an extended visit my friends and I enjoyed this mellow mushroom several times. The menu is deep and wide with many many toppings to choose from. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available. The service was always friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. pizza by the slice is available when you're in a hurry otherwise give the kitchen plenty of time to cook your pizza and calzones from scratch. This is an unexpected oasis of delicious well-crafted pizza in a desert of blah. Strongly recommended.

Always loved coming here . Service is great but food has gone way down . They have changed portions and quality. Wings were so small got the combo with kalabbash chicken and even their signature kalabash chicken was extremely small . Salad was good but chicken on it really small and mostly breading . Portions used to be plentiful but not anymore . Sad to see quality go down .

Have stopped here for dinner for eons as we travel thru SC. Our absolute favorite Low Country Restaurant. Quality, consistency and value rank right up there with flavor, variety and superb service. Eat in or at one of the two patio tables. Same great food and service!Be sure to try the house-cut potato chips sprinkled with blue cheese crumbles and served with a side container of Vidalia onion dressing. Not to be missed are the shrimp and cheese grits laced with Tasso ham. Yum!If you are lucky, Linda will be your server!Bon appetit!

Walked in early afternoon on a Saturday mind you. I was only buying about 1.5 lbs of brisket. In and out. The hostess was very nice and sent me to the bar. There were a handful of occupied tables and maybe 1 other person at the bar. From there, the waiting began. I don't think it's an exaggeration to suggest I waited at least 5 minutes for someone to ask me what I wanted. Once that happened and I ordered the bbq (no sides mind you), I would guess I waited another 15-20 minutes before I was asked if I wanted it hot or cold. In the interim, while I sat at the bar, I wasn't offered water or anything else while I waited. No one said "bear with us, it's a bit slow in the kitchen today". I was completely ignored, mostly like I was when I walked in. 5 minutes after saying I wanted it cold, the bbq came out and I left. The bbq could have been the best I've ever had (it wasn't though not bad either) and I still wouldn't go back. You never get a second chance to make a first impression and my first impression was they were not interested in selling me food or even showing some basic hospitality (other than the hostess).
