The Beachside Bar and Grill is known for their tacos. I ordered the Carne Asada tacos and they were the best Iâve ever had, absolutely delicious. The meat was so tender and seasoned perfectly. The tacos are served with a delicious salsa along with chips. The staff is super friendly! We were visiting the San Diego area and made a trip to Encinitas and had lunch here. Definitely adding lunch here again on our future trips. I will be thinking of these tacos all the way back to Texas and forever!

Took the family there for Father's Day for a mediocre experience. Had to track down silverware from another table as there wasn't enough given for the 5 of us. Food was typical bar fare, nothing special. We all felt that we could have eaten somewhere better for the price. Service was OK.

Priority Public House in Leucadia. Fun, lively âlocalâ atmosphere, SUPER servers! Really creative cocktails (Iâm getting very picky!). I had the Beauty From Within-mezcal, falernum, luxardo maraschino, pineapple gum, lime juice, charcoal, an absinthe rinse. Weird and wild!Excellent American cuisine-we shared the Warm Blackeye Pea Bruschetta-with house bacon, baby spinach, and shaved Asiago. Also the PPH Seafood Bowl-Ahi, shrimp, crab and avocado. YUMMMMM. Hope to go there again for sure!

Mr. Peabody's is a cleaned up dive bar. BUT . . . we've been there recently for dinner on a Saturday night (packed) and breakfast (yes, breakfast!!!) today. The food is pretty incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast complete with rock and roll playing in the background, great $1.50 egg tacos, one of the best chicken fried steaks with sausage gravy my husband has ever had (and he's had a lot!) and all served by a friendly waitress. We are definitely going back. Dinner the other night was fun too. Chicken wings, fish and chips, roast beef, etc. and great entertainment. That night they had someone who sounded just like Janice Joplin. I highly recommend Mr. Peabody's!

Perfect location, indoor & outdoor seating. The food is fantastic. I was there with a larger group of friends, we all ordered something different and ate family style so we could try everything. There was not a single thing I would not order again.Friends ordered the fish and chips and we were ALL blown away at the presentation. The pizza crust was divine and the out door patron was perfect for those of us who wanted to visit yet still see the game on the big screen. The place was comfortably packed as the day moved on.Try the Bloody Mary. DELICIOUS! The quesadilla was stacked and incredible! My vegetarian friends were happy and my meat eater friends were happy.

Encinitas Ale House was a packed pub, and very very noisy. Discussion was practically impossible, probably so patrons can concentrate on drinking.Beer selection was wide, and IPAs OK. However, my Clam Chowder was only average, and my Calamari not good at all; all breading, way over-fried. Service was expedient, but nothing to write home about. So many way better experiences in the Encinitas neighborhood.

Shares the Pesto Chicken Flatbread. Itâs made with chicken, basil, oven roasted tomatoes, bacon, mozzarella and parmesan cheese, all on a flat bread. It came out looking like a pizza. It was just prefect to share for our mid day lunch. Nice open air interior. The on street parking is always a pain. Always busy.

Now on the ocean in Cardiff, PCG is a hip and artistic trip for your senses. Feast on extraordinary Pacific Coast Cuisine in visually stunning surroundings. The Pacific Coast Grill is a place to see and be seen and most of all, to enjoy.
Classic California restaurant full of entitled millennials to serve you. Arrived in the valet lot only to find and Iâm noxious attendant that âwelcomed usâ to the restaurant. We came to go to the upstairs bar but that was not open on a Saturday afternoon. We were Crammed into the dark, cold downstairs area as they probably didnât have enough employees to work the full restaurant⦠Hereâs the good news the ice was cold and so was the beer. We ordered a roll that had questionable texture on the raw fish. Not very flavorful⦠Deciding not to order additional items seem to irritate the waiter. Upon our decision to leave the valet attendant helped three different patrons that were behind us in line before they helped us. It then took over 15 minutes to bring my vehicle from some lot elsewhere. As a parting gift the valet obnoxiously asked for a tip. Overrated and entitled when there are many other places to go.
