Very friendly staff, waiter was very kind and busy. The place was packed so it took a little while to get seated and food ordered but that was to be expected. They did a very outstanding job thanks guys

In Etown there is a fabulous baseball complex that hosts many tournaments, so I assume most big restaurants are used to large groups...I would be wrong. Large party was seated well but thats where it ended. One server started but another was added. However, they still managed to miss several guests at the table. My husband ended ip heading to the bar for his drink. The servers matched the families by our sons jersey number to keep straight which seemed like a good idea but ended up failing. No one really checked back when drinks and appetizers were brought out and after entrees were ordered. Food arrived in haphazard order and manner. Ended up having three families that never rcvd food. I went to server and he said they were working on it but at that point most had finished eating. Manager came out finally after servers tried to figure out what went wrong, but still no food for at least 6 people. I canât attest to the taste of food because I and my kids were ones that never ate (although somehow my husband at the far end of the table did and we were on the same ticket). We just left, will never attempt another location either.

Weâve been to other OâCharleyâs, in recent times, and this one was a better experience !! Our waitress was exceptional, food was very good, & the facility was clean. The 4 of us had a variety of items; all very good.

Little disappointed in Ruby Tuesday, when we stay in Elizabethtown KY, we usually choose Ruby and generally it as been excellent. This time after not visiting for 3 years or so, we found it not so good. We had Hamburgers which were excellent but the Salad bar was messy, and not as nice as previous years. And the salad bar is what I have always looked forward to and now you pay extra for the Salad Bar. The Menu also seemed to not have as many choices. Service was very good no complaints in that area. But you can tell this restaurant is on a slide downward.

Stopped in on a busy Saturday evening. Parking lot was full, and we were fully anticipating a long wait. Stepped inside, and there was a big crowd waiting to find a table or tables. We checked in, and the hostess remarkably had a booth for the two of us, sat down, and our waiter appeared instantly. We ordered beer and an appetizer, and were promptly served. Ordered the Farmer's Market pizza, and it came quickly. Everything was absolutely top shelf. The waiter was engaging, courteous and friendly, the hummus app was awesome; and the pizza was one of the best we have ever tasted. Can't say enough about this place. Awesome!!

Had lunch with my daughter and the portions were large. We both had salads and mine was very good. I like their menu and want to come back and try other things.

Our dinners were not good at all. Pork shoulder was greasy and the flat bread? it was served on was tasteless. Recommended burger, when the King's roast beef was out, left my husband's stomach not happy. Waiter tried hard, but was not a bartender. would not recommend this restaurant.
