Here for lunch with friends. We have not been here for almost a year. Service was fast and friendly. Drinks arrived quickly, but food took a few minutes longer than expected, even though they were not very busy - it was about 1:30 (after lunch rush).Food was as expected only a little better - burgers looked great and were cooked as ordered. Our entrees were nicely prepared and served steamy hot!

Happy hour is M-f 3-7. Great service. New smaller menu but enough variety for the whole family. TV's everywhere.

Located just of few blocks from the center of historic Easton at 124 S. Aurora St., Victory Garden Cafe waits under black market umbrellas and awnings to serve up a mix of delicious breakfast entrees & scratch made pastries, gourmet sandwiches, hand made
My wife and I frequently travel from Ellicott City to Oxford, MD to take her father to his doctor appointments in Easton. Sometimes we eat before leaving sometimes not. Today we left very early and after a 10:30am appointment we were very hungry. I decided to search for some place new in Easton (tired of Ruby Tuesday, Panera Bread, etc. Saw the reviews on Victory Garden and noticed they served breakfast food. WOW! What a surprise! They serve a brunch between 9-5 during the week and it was superb!!! It was so good my wife was making plans to visit on Monday coming (unfortunately they are closed on Mondayâs). Oh well, we will go again. Thanks also to Rio our waiter. This is a must place to dine.

If you are looking fir a great place to get a drink or a burger, Washington Street Pub fits the bill. They mosly have burgers and a few entrees, chicken, shrimp scampi, fish and chips. They have a ritating beer list with some interesting craft selections. Our group had crab pretzel app, "pig mac"burger with pork belly that is imposible to get into your mouth...it is that big. Also we had fish n chips, soup and salad. The half salad is the size of a normal salad...the bowl of soup is big enough for 3 servings. We had tea and 4 domestic and one craft beer which came to $100.The place is lively during the dinner hour, thinned out by 8 with a gathering of bar goers growing for the evening. All food was good and as expected and service was a tad sliw but not unreasonably so.

While spending a few vacation days in the area, we chose Banning's for dinner, because of its good reviews, reputation, and a local recommendation. It was a good choice. We had an early dinner at 5:00 - dish, so the place was almost empty. It's very nicely designed, and only had one small TV over the bar, with volume off. All of our items were quite good: Manhattan; shepherd's pie; fish & chips; and outstanding clam chowder. Prices were reasonable. Our waitress was fairly pleasant, but could have been better. IMPORTANT NOTE for some people: They have no bathroom ! You must go next door to the Avalon Theater, and walk downstairs to use their restrooms. This could be a real problem for some customers. Nevertheless, we'd return.

The hotel where I was staying highly recommended this venue. Was not disapponited in the least. parking was not easy but well worthy the challenge. Of course, on the Eastern Shore you must get Seafood. Again, no disappointment with these Seared Scallops- most memorable. Service was swift and gracious. A Multigenerational crowd all seemed to be enjoying themselves tremendously. I will certainly be back again as i travel Route 50.
