An important industrial city in the Pearl River Delta, Dongguan borders the provincial capital of Guangzhou to the north, Huizhou to the northeast, Shenzhen to the south, and the Pearl River to the west. It is part of the Pearl River Delta megacity with more than 44.78 million inhabitants at the 2010 census spread over nine municipalities (including Macao) across an area of 17,573 square kilometres (6,785 sq mi). Although the city is geographically and thus culturally Cantonese in the Weitou form and as well as culturally Hakka in the prefectures of Fenggang and Qingxi, the majority of the modern-day population speaks Mandarin due to the large influx of economic migrants from other parts of China.

This is my second time going and had wonderful experience again. Today I went with our customer who wanted a change from eating Chinese food for last 3 days. He loved the calamari as appetizer and stake as dinner. I am vegetarian! There was many choices for me! For appetizers cheese bread and Gecko Fries were excellent choice. Vegetarian pizza was great for dinner! Wide variety of alcohol choice was very good! I strongly recommend this place for the people looking for a little change from Chinese food! Gecko Pizza and Pub was just 0.3 miles from the Parklane Hotel!

Living on the outskirts of Dongguan, I always headed towards Dongguan city for western grub. Not necessary anymore. Winners is a fantastic place, very friendly and welcoming staff managed by Sam who is extremely pleasant. I've been here twice and had the Winners burger and a monstrous 16oz New Zealand ribeye. Both awesome food. Pricing is also very good, particularly compared to similar places in Dongguan. An unpretentious bar with great food good for all occasions. Many thanks for your review. We are glad you enjoyed your time at Winners and look forward to seeing you again soon!

Gecko Pizza is located in the Changan City Center and has a high frequency of expats and foreigners working in Changan. The Food and Beverage Menu is extensive while fair praised. The Service can be described as attentive and good with a good english knowledge. A good place to meet and hang out.

Boancasa is a relatively new Italian Restaurant in Dongguan/Houjie. It is full of Italians, and I consider it a very good and typical italian restaurant.I have tried and it was amazing and pasta with seafood simply fantastic.Price is very reasonable. Strongly recommended!!

This is one of the best places to eat and drink in Dongguan. Friendly staff and owner, lots of great events like: Quiz night, ladies night, latin night, live bands, sports, etc. If you're visiting Dongguan, this is a must stop!If you like our burgers, you will love our new "afternoon tea" special. One for the road is the best British pub in China (in my humble opinion!) The atmosphere is always friendly and the food is excellent. The new curry menu is not to be missed, and the Sunday Roast is as good as any Iâve had in the UK. Overall, I would highly recommend!Thanks for the review and look forward to serving you soon
